New zig zag spring should be used for fixing. Shade net (50% Green) should be installed inside the shed for providing shade. (For more details: visit the location before placing quotation) The rates should be inclusive of cost of materials, transportation and unloading charges, labour and other charges for removal of the old UV sheet and laying new sheet cladding with Aluminium channel and zig zag spring, laying shade net inside the shed and taxes. Quotations should reach the undersigned on or before 3.30 pm on 21.06.2018. The envelope containing the quotation should be super scribed with ‘Nursery shed repair’ and sent to the Professor and Head, Aromatic & Medicinal Plants Research Station, Odakkali, Asamannoor P.O., PIN 683 549, Ernakulam District, Kerala State Kerala Quotations will be opened at 11 am on 22.06.2018 in the presence of the quotationers present at that time. The work will be awarded to the lowest quotationer. Quotations received late and those not conforming to specifications will not be accepted. If quotations are accepted and work order is placed, the replacement of UV sheet and shade net of the nursery shed should be completed within 15 days of issue of work order. The payment in full will be released immediately on satisfactory completion of the work. All other conditions applicable to purchase and of similar nature in Govt. shall be applicable in this case also. Sd/- Professor & Head .
