As foreseen in paragraph 7 of the guidelines published in Official Journal of the European Communities No C 180 of 1 July 1994, p. 20, the European Commission decided, at its meeting on 21 December 1994, the list of areas eligible for assistance in the framework of a community initiative concerning defence conversion, as presented below. References to areas eligible under Objective 2 refer to the initial list of declining industrial areas concerned by Objective 2 as published in Official Journal of European Communities No L 81 of 24 March 1994.
