Global Crew Medical Endorsment Attaching to and forming part of the Certificate:

GCMS2, GCMS3, GCMG2, GCMG3, GCGP2, GCGP3, GCMP2, GCMP3

Subject to all other Terms of the Certificate of Insurance and the Master Policy, the above-referenced Certificate is hereby amended as follows:

The following items are added to Section C. Schedule of Benefits/Limits:

Amateur Sailboat Racing Coverage Same as any other Illness or Injury (see Section R, below)

Special Crewmember Return Benefit Not subject to Deductible or Coinsurance Up to $2500 per Period of Insurance

The following is added to Section D. Eligibility:

(h) be a Professional Marine Crew Member, as defined herein

In addition, the following new Sections will be added in its entirety to the Certificate Wording:

AMATEUR SAILBOAT RACING -Subject to the Terms of this insurance, including without limitation the Deductible, and limits and sub-limits set forth in the Schedule of Benefits/Limits, and the Exclusions set forth in Section L, above, the Company will reimburse the Insured Person for Eligible Medical Expenses incurred by the Insured Person as a result of an Accident, Illness or Injury suffered or sustained by the Insured Person while engaging in Amateur Sailboat Racing during the Period of Insurance.

CREW MEMBER RETURN -Subject to the Terms of this insurance, Crew Member Return expenses will be reimbursed to the Insured Person as outlined in the Schedule of Benefits/Limits where there has been an Inpatient medical stay that did not require Emergency Medical Evacuation, but that did cause the Insured Person to miss the scheduled departure on his/her assigned vessel. Upon approval, the Company will reimburse up to the maximum limits as set forth the Schedule of Benefits, transportation expenses incurred to reunite the Insured Person with his/her departed vessel or to return to the Insured Person’s Home Country.

In addition the following is added to the Section entitled Definitions:

Amateur Sailboat Racing: The pastime or leisure pursuit of racing sailboats in competitions where the competition or activity carries no substantive financial reward.

And the following is also added to the Section entitled Definitions:

Professional Marine Crew Member: A crew member who is currently or usually working aboard or employed by a vessel as a full-time, sea-going crew member for hire, and who expects to spend a significant period of time during the Period of Insurance sailing outside of US territorial waters in such capacity. This definition does not include any individual who is currently or is planning to make a living through prize money, endorsements or other compensation which is specifically related to the racing of sailboats.

The following shall be deleted in its entirety from the Section entitled Exclusions:

(XX) Charges incurred for any Surgery, Treatment or supplies relating to, arising from or in connection with, for, or as a result of:

Global Crew – all versions GlobalCrew Endorsement 0914 (e) any Injury or Illness sustained while taking part in: Amateur Athletics, Professional Athletics, or other athletic activity that is sponsored or sanctioned by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (and/or any other collegiate sanctioning or governing body), or the International Olympic Committee, and adventure sports and activities, including, without limitation the following (including any combination or derivative of the following): ; activities where specialized equipment, ropes or guides are normally or reasonably should have been used; athletic or sporting activities (except for activities that are non-contact, non-professional, and engaged in by You solely for recreational, entertainment or fitness purposes); aviation (except when travelling solely as a passenger in a commercial aircraft);BMX; BASE jumping; bobsledding; ; ; caving; hang ; heli-skiing; high ; hot air ballooning; ; jet skiing; jungle zip lining; ; kayaking; ; (MOTO-X); ; ; ; parascending; rappelling; racing of any kind including without limitation by horse, motor, motorcycle, automobile, or any other motorized or nonmotorized vehicle of any type or other means ; ; any rodeo activity; ski jumping; sky diving; snow skiing except for recreational downhill and/or cross country snow skiing (provided that there is no coverage for any Illness of Injury sustained while skiing in violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations; away from prepared and marked in-bound territories; and/or against the advice of the local ski school or local authoritative body); ; snowmobiling; spelunking; ; trekking; whitewater ; ; wildlife safaris; and sub-aqua pursuits involving underwater breathing apparatus below a depth of 30 meters. Practice or training in preparation for any excluded activity which results in Illness or Injury will be considered as activity while taking part in such activity; and/or

The following shall be added in its entirely to the Section entitled Exclusions:

(XX) Charges incurred for any Surgery, Treatment or supplies relating to, arising from or in connection with, for, or as a result of:

(e) any Injury or Illness sustained while taking part in: Amateur Athletics, Professional Athletics, or other athletic activity that is sponsored or sanctioned by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (and/or any other collegiate sanctioning or governing body), or the International Olympic Committee, and adventure sports and activities, including, without limitation the following (including any combination or derivative of the following): abseiling; mountaineering activities where specialized climbing equipment, ropes or guides are normally or reasonably should have been used; athletic or sporting activities (except for activities that are non-contact, non-professional, and engaged in by You solely for recreational, entertainment or fitness purposes); aviation (except when travelling solely as a passenger in a commercial aircraft);BMX; BASE jumping; bobsledding; bungee jumping; canyoning; caving; ; heli-skiing; ; hot air ballooning; inline skating; jet skiing; jungle zip lining; kiteboarding (except if the Insured has completed the IKO Independent Kite-boarder Level 3 program or equivalent); kayaking; luge; motocross (MOTO-X); mountain biking; parachuting; paragliding; parascending; rappelling; racing of any kind including without limitation by horse, motor, motorcycle, automobile, or any other motorized or nonmotorized vehicle of any type or other means ; rock climbing; any rodeo activity; ski jumping; sky diving; snow skiing except for recreational downhill and/or cross country snow skiing (provided that there is no coverage for any Illness of Injury sustained while skiing in violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations; away from prepared and marked in-bound territories; and/or against the advice of the local ski school or local authoritative body); snowboarding; snowmobiling; spelunking; surfing; trekking; whitewater rafting; windsurfing; wildlife safaris; and sub-aqua pursuits involving underwater breathing apparatus below a depth of 30 meters. Practice or training in preparation for any excluded activity which results in Illness or Injury will be considered as activity while taking part in such activity; and/or
