The Chargers fi nished the 2017 season in impressive fashion, winning nine of their last 12 games. The offense fl ourished over that span from Week 5 on. The Bolts ranked fourth in total offense, passing and fi rst downs in the NFL. Joey Bosa completed his second year in the NFL. In his 28 career games, he has compiled 23 sacks. His 12.5 sacks in 2017 were the most by a Bolt since posted 12.5 in 2007. Bosa became the fastest player to record 19 sacks as he accomplished the feat in his fi rst 20 career games. In addition to Bosa’s 12.5 sacks, Melvin Ingram equaled his career-high with 10.5 sacks. The 23 combined sacks were the most by a Chargers duo in the same season since 2006.
