We have been married 30 years and have two children, Matt, who is 26 years old, practices law in Washington, DC, is married, and has one child, (our precious granddaughter), and our daughter Melanie, who is 22 and is currently between jobs, doing some modeling and traveling around the U.S. with friends. Russ and I enjoy traveling, and spending time with family and friends. When Wayne soon retires from Fx. Co. 1985. I retired in 1990 to be a full-time wife & mom. After our Schools, Design & Construction, he'll farm f/t the L'il Washington youngest went to college we decided to become foster parents & family land where he was raised as a child. This lifelong Fairfax Co. recently we adopted our 2 boys (now ages 6 yrs. & 4 yrs.). Sabrina & gal gets her city fix substituting as Dental Asst. per need in Fx. City her family live nearby as do Tiffany & her fiance which is great as well as caring for dogs in the homes of their out-of-town owners. having them all close by! In 1971, I married Pamela Dixon from the Class of '71 and we were married for 22 years and are still good friends. We had a daughter, Megan in 1980. She just recently purchased her first home in Richmond, Va. I started my own HVAC business in the '80's which I am still running today. In my leisure time I enjoy working on classic cars. Nova Scotia and St Louis, I settled in Maine, first in Portland, working in education. I then moved back to rural eastern Maine and became a photo journalist while still maintaining a fineart studio. When I met my husband he was working on a tidal power project with the Passamaquoddy tribe. We were married and had two children and built a house in the woods on a cove. I have worked for years as an assistant professor of art and photojournalist and am still invested in a personal quest through art. We've lived in 4 states. Husband: playwright, church musician; Sarah dancer/singer/actor; Andrew: artist. Love traveling to watch performances of Burton's plays (especially contests he wins!), seeing Sarah performing in national broadway touring companies (Cats, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels) and at Barter Theatre, seeing Andrew's art in galleries. Still like teaching elementary music after 35 years and still singing in Burton's church choir.
