Director of Crandall-Acadia Bachelor of Partnership

Academic Rank: Academic Administrator Position: The Academic Administrator will have primary responsibility as the Director of the Crandall-Acadia Bachelor of Theology Partnership, providing leadership to the Acadia Bachelor of Theology degree program offered concurrently with ’s undergraduate programs. The Bachelor of Theology degree will be awarded by . Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees will be awarded by Crandall University. The Director is expected to:  Recruit students and oversee admissions decisions in concert with both Crandall University and Student Services; and,  Teach certain required courses within the Acadia Bachelor of Theology program. The Director will report to both Chief Academic Officers of Crandall University and Acadia Divinity College. Other Duties:  Be the primary liaison between Crandall University and Acadia Divinity College Student Services staff.  Maintain a presence on both campuses. The Director’s main office will be at Crandall University in .  Be a visionary for future recruitment possibilities both nationally and internationally for both Acadia Divinity College and Crandall University. Salary: Based on qualifications and experience as per the Crandall University and Acadia Divinity College Academic Administrator Salary Scale. Qualifications:  Master’s degree with at least a doctorate in process is required; completed doctorate is preferred.  Excellent awareness and experience with Christian youth, particularly within Atlantic Canada.  Administrative skills are necessary.  Teaching experience at the university and/or level also required.  Background knowledge and experience with both Crandall University and Acadia Divinity College is an asset.
