To the Chairman of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of City Centre Vashi Mall Management Limited (CIN: U70102MH2012PLC230150) held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 3.00 a.m. at O2 Banquets, Satra Plaza, Sector 19D, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400703, Maharashtra, India.

In terms of the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. I was appointed as a Scrutinizer to conduct poll for passing of 2 (Two) Ordinary & 3 (Three) Special Resolutions as contained in the notice dated 28th December 2020. Subsequently, I have issued Scrutinizer’s Report on January 23, 2021.

In terms of the provisions of Section 109 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 21 of Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, I was appointed as a Scrutinizer to conduct poll for passing of 2 (Two) Ordinary & 3 (Three) Special Resolutions as contained in the notice dated 28th December 2020. Subsequently, I have issued Scrutinizer’s Report on January 23, 2021.

After the voting process got completed, we took charge of the sealed ballot boxes. We have scrutinized the ballot papers and the Register of Equity Shareholders maintained by the Company, The Registrar & Share Transfer Agent appointed by the Company.

As requested by management, I have annexed Report, on the results of Postal Ballot & Poll.
