Alati Za Onlajn Kreiranje I Deljenje Prezentacija Alati za onlajn kreiranje i deljenje prezentacija Žikica Simić Fakultet tehničkih nauka, Čačak Tehnika i informatika, Master za elektronsko učenje, 2013/2014 [email protected] Mentor rada dr Danijela Milošević Apstrakt – Cilj ovog master rada je da se prikažu prednosti alata za kreiranje prezentacija na veb-u. Poseban osvrt je dat na dva alata, Prezi i Slideshare. Prikazana je analiza najkorišćenijih alata kao i uporedni pregled alata sa njihovim funkcionalnostima. Detaljan opis alata Prezi i Sldeshare sadrži opis iz literature, kao i uporedni opis mogućnosti koje nude. Dati su primeri upotrebe alata za prezentacije u obrazovanju. Ključne reči – veb prezentacija; Prezi; Slideshare; 1. Uvod Alati za prezentovanje sadržaja spadaju u grupu alata koji se sve više koriste u nastavi. Mogućnosti koje oni pružaju (ugradnja različitih sadržaja) čine ih korisnim za nastavnike, ali i zanimljivim i veoma prihvaćenim od strane učenika. Ovi alati imaju veliki značaj i njima bi trebali vladati kreatori i tutori u e-učenju, a pogotovo učenici koji imaju zadatak da savladaju programske sadržaje. U drugom poglavlju bazirao sam se na pojam elektronskog učenja i njegove osnovne karakteristike. Dao sam kratak opis oblika e-učenja, kao i savremenih tehnologija i e- obrazovanja. U trećem poglavlju govorim o onlajn alatima i tehnologijama za izradu i deljenje prezentacija. Dao sam sažet prikaz šest najkorišćenijih alata sa mogućnosti koje nude besplatne verzije ovih alata kao i uporedni pregled ovih alata, a zatim i neke od komercijalnih alata i njihove cene. U četvrtom poglavlju predstavio sam alat za onlajn kreiranje prezentacija Prezi, mogućnosti, sistemske zahteve i uputstva za kreiranje sadržaja. U petrom poglavlju reč je o alatu Slideshare, objasnio sam šta predstavlja i na koji način se koristi. U šestom poglavlju obradio sam korišćenje alata za prezentacije u nastavi, obradio sam takoĎe uporedni odnos mogućnosti alata koje sam prethodno detaljno opisao. Uporedni opis alata dao sam na osnovu ličnog korišćenja i realizacije, pri ovome sam analizirao isključivo besplatne verzije ovih alata. 2. E-učenje Elektronsko učenje kao način sticanja osnovnog ili novog znanja, usavršavanja, specijalizacije, prekvalifikacije, praćenja trendova u oblastima interesovanja ili rada, posebno je prilagoĎen čoveku današnjice i se pokazalo se kao jedini način učenja koji omogućava uspešno ovladavanje znanjem iz različitih oblasti pojedincima i grupama, na svakom mestu i u svako vreme. Nastavni sadržaji prezentuju se učenicima putem interneta pri tome je osnovni zahtev koji se postavlja pred njih posedovanje računara s priključkom na internet. Oni se mogu nalaziti po čitavom svetu, u privatnom i društvenom sektoru, od studentske, preko radne populacije, do posebnih grupa. Pojam „elektronsko učenje“ trenutno je jedan od najkorišćenijih sintaksi u procesu modernizacije obrazovanja u svetu. Elektronsko učenje funkcioniše i prisutno je u praksi više od jedne decenije, predstavlja veoma širok pojam koji obuhvata sve metode i tehnike za učenje uz podršku informaciono-komunikacione tehnologije (IKT), kao i izvoĎenje obrazovnog procesa uz pomoć IKT. Novo doba nameće celoživotno učenje gde je aktivni pojedinac prinuĎen da individualno transformiše prikupljene informacije u znanje, da njima upravlja i da ih analizira. Uloga e-nastavnika predstavlja ulogu saradnika, instruktora ili trenera koji pomaže učenicima da uče na svoj način i uspešno prerade informacije u znanje-nasuprot nastavniku u školi koji predstavlja centar učionice u kojoj se odvija frontalna nastava. Upotreba IKT tehnologija u procesu obrazovanja je neizostavna, jedna od mogućnosti jeste i dopuna klasičnoj nastavi u vidu e-obrazovanja. Važna uloga e-obrazovanja jeste osposobljavanje za celoživotno učenje kao i mogućnost boljeg individualnog pristupa u visokoškolskom obrazovanju. 3. Onlajn alati za izradu i deljenje prezentacija Prezentacija predstavlja način predstavljanja ideja i informacija odreĎenoj grupi ljudi. Ona mora biti zanimljiva, ubedljiva i inovativna u isto vreme. Kada je reč o prezentovanju u nastavi možemo reći da osim udžbenika table i krede nastavnici pri izvoĎenju nastave koriste i druga nastavna sredstva kao što su makete, modeli, grafofolije, mape, zidne slike ali i druga sredstva putem kojih predstavljaju lekcije ili odreĎene oblasti. U poslednjih deset godina upotreba računara postala je sasvim uobičajena pojava jer omogućava lakšu izradu sadržaja, daje veće mogućnosti i ujedno povećava motivaciju učenika i nastavnika. Sam način izrade prezentacija pomoću računara se nije menjao poslednjih godina. Tradicionalni alati za izradu prezentacija dali su korisniku samo „prazno platno“ kao i stotine dugmića i opcija bez ikakvih uputstava za prezentovanje sopstvenih ideja. Korisnik bi u ovom slučaju trebao biti dizajner ili bi trebao angažovati stručnu osobu za izradu prezentacije a na kraju ipak ne bi uspeo zadržati pažnju kod publike. Savremeni web servisi omogućavaju lakši način pripreme jer ne poseduju nepotrebne opcije tako da je lakše usrediti se na ono što je najbitnije odnosno poruku, a sam način izlaganja ideja je brži i jednostavniji. U poslednje vreme na popularnosti dobijaju sve više onlajn alati. Neke od prednosti onlajn alata za prezentacije su: mogu da se koriste preko veb interfejsa, bez instaliranja programa na računaru omogućavaju da prezentaciju pošaljete i pokažete velikom broju ljudi otpremanje i čuvanje prezentacija onlajn, tako da uvek budu na dohvat ruke integracija sa Jutjubom i drugim onlajn alatima nekoliko osoba istovremeno može da radi na jednoj prezentaciji Dakle postoji dosta razloga zbog kojih se sve više koriste veb servisi za izradu onlajn prezentacija gde pored niske niske cene usluge ili pak slobodnog korišćenja i pristupanja u svakom trenutku možete ispoljiti svoju kreativnost u izradi sadržaja uz korišćenje veb čitača. 3.2.1. Gugl prezentacije Gugl prezentacije su sastavni deo gugl diska, za korišćenje je potrebno imati gugl nalog. Program omogućava čuvanje postojećih prezentacija na mreži, kao i pravljenje novih. UreĎivanje prezentacije u Google Disk-u ne razlikuje se previše od ureĎivanja prezentacije u jednom od najrasprostranjenijih alata za izradu prezentacija Microsoft Power Point. U prezentaciji Google Disk-a možemo: dodavati i organizovati slajdove uvesti slajdove iz druge prezentacije dodavati i oblikovati sadržaj (tekst, slike, multimediju) personalizovati prezentaciju kroz ponuĎene teme i izglede slajdova Prezentacije u okviru google diska su značajne za predavače i Ďake jer omogućavaju univerzalan pristup, što podrazumeva rad na svim platformama i ureĎajima. TakoĎe ovaj program omogućava kolaborativni rad i kreiranje različitih slajdova i to istovremeno, što je jako bitno u nastavi, a manje stiližovanja i animacija u okviru programa utiče na povećanje fokusa kod učenika na sadržaj odnosno materijal za rad. 3.2.2. Slide Rocket Slide Rocket nije potpuno besplatan, ali je besplatna verzija sasvim dovoljna za povremeno korišćenje. Dobar je alat koji omogućava integraciju sa Jutjubom. Istovremeno nudi nekoliko naprednih funkcionalnosti, kao što je ubacivanje grafikona i tabela u prezentaciju. Slide Rocket je za razliku od prezija slican PowerPoint-u jer fuknkcioniše na principu slajdova. Ovaj program pored izrade prezentacija nudi nam još neke mogućnosti kao što je praćenje posećenosti prezentacija, čak i započinjanje razgovora sa publikom unutar prezentacije. 3.2.3 Microsoft Sway Office Sway spada u grupu alata za kreiranje prezentacija, odabrao sam ga jer je besplatan i dostupan na svim platformama. Dozvoljava uvoz .pptx i .pdf fajlova direktno sa računara ali i kreiranje potpuno nove prezentacije. Da bi koristili ovaj program potrebno je prijaviti se pomoću microsoft naloga. Razlozi i prednosti za korišćenje ove aplikacije su mnogobrojni, neki od najbitnijih su: Nastavnici i učenici mogu besplatno kreirati prezentacije u cilju učenja eTextbooks – omogućava kreiranje fajla – eKnjige koja sadrži linkove, informacije, video materijal, slike i pitanja, pomoću eTextbooks-a nastavnici mogu usmeriti učenike ka odreĎenim sajtovima koristeći pri tom Swai kao bazu znanja Experiment and Research Reports – program možemo koristiti za prikazivanje istraživanja, video zapisa eksperimenata i rezultata Artwork or Multimedia Portfolio – posebno je značajna mogućnost kreiranja e- portfolija u obrazovanju jer omogućava nastavniku da zapisuju i predstavi različite aspekte svoje biografije Book and Film Reviews – ovaj alat predstavlja idealnu platformu za studente u kreiranju pismenih zadataka, kao što su kritike i analize Dictionary – omogućava kreiranje rečnika nepoznatih reči za predmete kao što su strani jezici, on možebiti obogaćen slikama i audio zapisom School Showcases – ovu opciju možemo koristiti da prikažemo uspeh, školu itd, jednostavnim dodavanjem teksta, slika i videa i zatim koristeći embed code ugraditi taj sadržaj npr na školski sajt Deljenje prezentacije je bitna karakteristika jer omogućava drugima da pogledaju ili preuzmu materijal. Kod Microsoft Sway-a dovoljno je kopirati link prezentacije i ona će biti vidljiva na svim ureĎajima. 3.2.4. Haiku Deck Haiku Deck je jednostavan za upotrebu i nudi neke od osnovnih mogućnosti a one su izbor pozadine i unos teksta. Glavni problem u većini prezentacija može biti sama složenost, tako da korisnici uglavnom započinju izradu prezentacije u vidu složenih kompleksnih sadržaja verujući da slajd održava razgovor. The tools being studied are PowerPoint, the standard, slide- based presentation tool, and Prezi, the newer, non-linear software tool. A presentation was created in Prezi using the same content and multi-media as the original PowerPoint presentation. The principles of Human Centered Design Theory were used as a guide to analyze each tool. Research was further triangulated by creating two groups and showing both presentations to each. Each group then had to answer survey questions about the presentations. Finally, using volunteers from both survey groups a focus group was formed to further discuss both presentations and their reactions to each one. Take some interesting people, add in a little adventure, some love, or even some hate; put it all in an interesting place, and maybe an interesting time, and you’ve got a story fit for an opera. Opera is drama. Take the story you’ve chosen and put the words into dialogue for actors to say. Tell the story in a creative way and add in some heroes and heroines or queens and kings. Maybe a monster—or four. Make sure there is a clear conflict in the story that the characters must overcome. Put your actors in costumes and makeup, and put them on a stage with some great scenery in order to illuminate the characters. Opera is music. Write some fantastic music for your play. Instead of having the actors speak, have them sing…everything! When they get really happy or mad, have them sing high and loud! When they are trying to express an important emotion, let them sing something longer to show off a little.

However, these tools were initially created as simulators for physical slides and have adopted many of their characteris- tics, including their limitations. These limitations include a strictly linear navigation of presentations, relatively static content and a tedious and time-consuming author- ing process. Presentation software was introduced over 30 years ago but these tools have changed very little since their inception. This is especially remarkable given the other technological advances that were made in the same timespan. Even though slideware may not be the optimal medium for all scenarios, the fact remains that it is used everywhere. Therefore, addressing existing shortcomings and unmet user needs can have a major impact. In this dissertation we start by investigating the existing shortcomings of presentation tools. By means of a literature study, observations, a survey and the programmatic analysis of more than 12 000 PowerPoint documents, we derive user needs and pinpoint issues that should be addressed.

Once again, the Handbook has been revised and updated to reflect the evolution of this discipline, and the many strategic, operational and technical challenges OSINT practitioners have to grapple with. Given the speed of change on the web, some might question the wisdom of pulling together such a resource. What’s wrong with the Top 10 tools, or the Top 100? There are only so many resources one can bookmark after all. Such arguments are not without merit. My fear, however, is that they are also shortsighted. I offer four reasons why. To begin, a shortlist betrays the widening spectrum of OSINT practice. Whereas OSINT was once the preserve of analysts working in national security, it now embraces a growing class of professionals in fields as diverse as journalism, cybersecurity, investment research, crisis management and human rights. A limited toolkit can never satisfy all of these constituencies. Second, a good OSINT practitioner is someone who is comfortable working with different tools, sources and collection strategies. The temptation toward narrow specialisation in OSINT is one that has to be resisted. Why? Because no research task is ever as tidy as the customer’s requirements are likely to suggest. Third, is the inevitable realisation that good tool awareness is equivalent to good source awareness. Indeed, the right tool can determine whether you harvest the right information.
