The CEO Clubs in America Have Prospered with These Two Sayings: ▪ “It’s OK to be Independent but There’s no Reason to be Alone.” ▪ “We Like to Make Money While we are Having Fun.”

In the past few years, The CEO Clubs of China have grown much faster than their USA headquar- ters. Many friendships have been developed across the sea and the today about fifty members of the USA CEO Clubs and 50 members of the CEO Clubs of China have exchanged visits. Many busi- ness relationships and joint ventures have developed because of this sharing between two cultures.

Shanghai is China's most comprehen- sive industrial and commercial city, rank- ing No.1 in population and population density, and as a sea port, science and technology center, and business center. As a tourist city, it attracts travelers from both home and abroad by its commercial activity rather than scenic beauty

Shanghai is also a great destination for shoppers, and the best-known shopping street in China - Nanjing Road - is located here. This exciting avenue is lined with well-known shops and department stores selling clothing, food and specialty goods. Shanghai is a paradise for gourmets, too. Here, visitors can enjoy a taste of all the different kinds of food in the world. Shanghainese cuisine, however, is a special hybrid. There are sev- eral famous old restaurants in Shanghai that are not to be missed.

One of the cities of Guangdong prov- ince; a major port with foreign trade and international association in China; one of the 3 Special Economic Zones in China; also the first city car- rying out the opening-up policy

Physical Features: facing the sea and surrounded by mountains; higher in southeast, lower in northwest; mainly covered by hills with plains in its west- ern area

Hong Kong. Asia's truly international, vibrant city - a melting pot of the East and West. From the futuristic Chek Lap Kok airport, modern skyscrapers, to colourful local markets and roadside foodstalls, Hong Kong of- fers her visitors a smorgasbord of sights, sounds and smells found Location: situated in the southern nowhere else. Hong Kong's subtropical climate means you won't be needing the winter woollies for most of the year. Loose- fitting cotton clothing generally fits the bill. The exception is from mid-December to February, when the mercury might fall to a mild 10oC (50oF). But even in the summer, it pays to bring along a light sweater - air-conditioning in some restaurants and cinemas is often turned up high. Rain showers are possible during the rainy season (around May to September), so also be sure to pack a light waterproof jacket.

Of course, what you need to pack depends on what you plan to do in Hong Kong. Swimwear for the beaches, stout shoes for pounding the sightseeing beat and smart casual wear for dinner are suggested. For- mal suits are the norm for those visiting on business. Those planning on trawling the designer shopping malls and colourful night markets are advised to leave plenty of room in the suitcase - Hong Kong is a shopper's paradise
