Abstract Detailed distribution pattern of colubrid snakes in Serbia is still inadequately described, despite the long historical study. In this paper, we provide accurate distribution of seven species, with previously published and newly accumulated faunistic records compiled. Comparative analysis of faunas among all Balkan countries showed that Serbian colubrid fauna is among the most distinct (together with faunas of Slovenia and Romania), due to small number of species. Zoogeographic analysis showed high chorotype diversity of Serbian colubrids: seven species belong to six chorotypes. South-eastern Serbia (Pčinja River valley) is characterized by the presence of all colubrid species inhabiting our country, and deserves the highest conservation status at the national level.

For the purposes of this paper, border area of Serbia towards Bulgaria is provisionally determined by iso-border of 25 km. On the defined area of eastern Serbia there are 11 individual territories allocated in the function of being surface water source. Key objects for the realization of the goals of rational and functional exploitation of surface water sources are accumulations. They are the link between the system of surface water sources and water supply system. The short research tradition and the small number of researchers have resulted in an insufficient number of published research results. This situation limits the implementation of new methodological approaches, such as those developed in the other parts of southern and central Europe, and weakens the advance in the archaeological knowledge on prehistoric economies. In order to overcome these problems, we have examined 2174 macro-lithic tools from the 12 Neolithic settlements (~ 5900 - 4650/4600 BC cal) from the Central Balkans. Thus, we have applied economic theory as the theoretical background of the geological, morpho- technical and functional analysis of macro-lithic artefacts (chapter 2).

UVOD I Uvodne informacije i napomene Gazdinska jedinica „Petrova gora” nalazi se u sastavu Južnomoravskog šumskog podru čja, kojim gazduje ŠG„Vranje” iz Vranja, preko ŠU„Vranje”, kao sastavni deo Javnog preduze ća za gazdovanje šumama “Srbijašume” Beograd. Južnomoravsko šumsko podru čje pripada šumskoj oblasti jugoisto čne Srbije, a dobilo je ime po reci Južnoj Moravi koja proti če sredinom ovog podru čja. Ova gazdinska jedinica nalazi se desno od reke Južne Morave, na teritoriji opštine Vranje. GJ„Petrova gora” formirana je od bivših državnih i komunalnih šuma i šumskog zemljišta, a prostire se na zapadnim i severozapadnim padinama planinskog venca koji se prostire od mesta zvanog Zajednice preko Mostije i Tekije izlazi na Besnu Kobilu. Jedan deo gazdinske jedinice gravitira ka reci P činji. Gazdinska jedinica je formirana od ve ćeg niza manjih i ve ćih šumskih kompleksa koji su okruženi privatnim šumama, što gazdinskoj jedinici daje karakter velike razi đenosti. Kod prvog ure đivanja prikupljani su podaci 1980, površina je bila 4568,70ha. Pri slede ćem ure đivanju, 1990.godine, površina gazdinske jedinice uve ćana je na 5086,53 ha, da bi osnovom za period 2001-2010 godine bila obuhva ćena površina od 5004,99 ha. Osnova 2011-2020 imala je istu površinu od 5004,99ha. Sadašnjom evidencijom gazdinska jedinica “Petrova gora“ obuhvata 4974,13ha, a ovo je peto ure đuvanje Osnova gazdovanja šumama „Petrova gora” izra đuje se za period od 01.01.2021.

  • Pravilnik O Određivanju Područja Sa Otežanim Uslovima Rada U Poljoprivredi
    Pravilnik o određivanju područja sa otežanim uslovima rada u poljoprivredi (“Sl. glasnik RS”, br. 29/2013) Član 1. Ovim pravilnikom određuju se područja sa otežanim uslovima rada u poljoprivredi, za period od tri godine. Član 2. Status područja sa otežanim uslovima rada u poljoprivredi, u skladu sa ovim pravilnikom, ima naseljeno mesto na teritoriji opštine, odnosno grada ili cela teritorija opštine, odnosno sva naseljena mesta na teritoriji opštine koja ispunjavaju bar jedan od sledećih kriterijuma, i to: 1) nalaze se na nadmorskoj visini preko 500 metara, prema podacima Republičkog geodetskog zavoda; 2) nalaze se u granicama područja nacionalnog parka određenim Zakonom o nacionalnim parkovima ( „Službeni glasnik RS”, br. 39/93, 44/93 – ispr., 53/93, 67/93, 48/94, 101/05 – dr. Zakon i 36/09 – dr. Zakon) ; 3) imaju broj zaposlenih manji od 100 na 1000 stanovnika, prema podacima koje je objavio Republički zavod za statistiku u publikaciji opštine i regioni u Republici Srbiji, 2012. Član 3. Područja sa otežanim uslovima rada u poljoprivredi data su u Prilogu – Područja sa otežanim uslovima rada u poljoprivredi, koji je odštampan uz ovaj pravilnik i čini njegov sastavni deo. Član 4. Danom stupanja na snagu ovog pravilnika prestaje da važi Pravilnik o određivanju područja sa otežanim uslovima rada u poljoprivredi ( „Službeni glasnik RS”, br. 3/10, 6/10 i 13/10). Član 5. The neoliberal-market model of the economy has directly led to the apparent suppression of social services and of the environmental sector. After 2010, the formerly hierarchical organised system slowly began to marginalise national, regional and local planning. Instead of that, planning of special purpose areas became dominant and almost ubiquitous. This plan, according to the Law, can cover all types of infrastructure, all types of mining, tourist facilities and areas, energy, protected nature objects and cultural and historical monuments, as well as the so-called Belgrade Waterfront and the National Stadium. The paper analyses the causal relationships that have led to the current state of planning, given the systematisation of spatial plans of the special purpose areas so far prepared. Additionally, the paper also discusses the effectiveness of such a partial approach to the field of spatial planning and landscaping in Serbia.
