Circuit Breaker & Protection Relays We provide solutions… GIS PANELS The factory-assembled, routine tested gas- insulated switchgear accommodates all the live components in a gas-tight stainless steel enclosure containing SF6 gas. SF6 stands for sulfur hexafluoride, an artificially manufactu-red gas molecule in which six fluorine atoms are arranged around one sulfur atom.

With its good chemical and physical properties (excellent insulating capacity) SF6 provides optimum conditions for the handling of voltages over 1000V.

Not only power cables, but also busbars and voltage transformers are connected to the panels using our tried and tested plug-in technology.

The result is a hermetically sealed panel which requires no handling of SF6 gas at site in most cases. METAL CLAD SWITCHGEARS

12/17.5/24/36 kV AIS metal-clad switchgear are suitable for indoor installations and offer an unequalled range of units and functions. They are available in the single level, double level and double busbars solutions. The single level solution can be coupled with the special motor control center panels. RING MAIN UNITS

Ring Main Units (RMU) is used for the secondary distribution network. RMUs can be supplied in several configurations suitable for most switching applications in 12/24/36/40.5 kV distribution networks. They are extendible and combined with the modular compact switchgear, they represent a complete solution for 12/24/36/40.5 kV secondary distribution networks. RMUs have identical user interfaces.

It is a completely sealed system with a stainless steel tank containing all living parts and switching functions. A sealed steel tank with constant atmospheric conditions ensures a high level of reliability as well as personnel safety and a virtually maintenance-free system.

RMU offers a choice of either a switch fuse combination or circuit breaker with relay for protection of the transformer. They can be supplied complete with an integral remote control and monitoring unit. COMPACT SUBSTATIONS Compact Substation Systems-Kiosk consists of one compartment for the MV switchgear, LV switchboard and the distribution transformer. The weight of the kiosk without depends on the rated power of the transformer and it is between 13500- 20000 kg. Dimensions (WxLxH) Enclosure : 2720 x 3840 x 2685 mm Transformer compartment (oil pit) : 1360 x 2400 x 2350 mm Max equipment Transformer: - 400-2000 kVA hermetically sealed oil transformer. MV Equipment: - 5 panel SafePlus 12 or 24 kV. - MV transformer cables are as standard 25 mm2 Cu. If the Tee-off is with a vacuum circuit breaker 95 mm2 Al cables will be installed.
