This draft version is submitted to African leopard Range States for review at the 1st Meeting of Range States for the Joint CMS-CITES African Carnivore Initiative. It will be finalized in December 2018, with the goal of submission to the CITES CoP18. All representatives of the African leopard Range States and other participants at the ACI meeting are kindly invited to submit suggestion for changes or for complements to the Co-chairs of the IUCN SSC Cat Specialist Group until 1 December 2018.
