This one-pan chicken dinner is a fall recipe that’s fi lled with healthy vegetables. One pan means easy The Unknowing preparation, serving and cleanup! And this is the perfect dinner for the fruits and vegetables in season for fall. Ingredients: 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, 4 - 5 (6 - 7 oz.) bone-in, sliced into halves skin-on Chicken Thighs 2 Fuji Apples, cored and 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil, divided sliced into half-moons 1½ Tbsp.
