This one-pan chicken dinner is a fall recipe that’s fi lled with healthy vegetables. One pan means easy The Unknowing preparation, serving and cleanup! And this is the perfect dinner for the fruits and vegetables in season for fall. Ingredients: 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, 4 - 5 (6 - 7 oz.) bone-in, sliced into halves skin-on Chicken Thighs 2 Fuji Apples, cored and 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil, divided sliced into half-moons 1½ Tbsp. Red Wine about ¾-inch thick Vinegar 2 Shallot Bulbs, peeled and 3 cloves Garlic, minced sliced about ¼-inch thick 1 Tbsp. each minced fresh 4 slices Hickory Smoked Thyme, Sage and Rosemary, Bacon, chopped into plus more for serving 1-inch pieces Len and Linda Force, John 1 large Sweet Potato Course Salt and freshly (peeled if desired), chopped ground Black Pepper and Anne McNamara, Gene into ¾-inch cubes to taste and Shannon Stillman, Joe and Preparation: Jeanne DiGiacomo, Marge Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
