1 Campionato Europeo di Classe Star – Casinò Cup: l’equipaggio polacco vince la regata di Luca Simoncelli – 15 Aprile 2012 – 16:15 Regata uno, con vento di levante sui venti nodi, mare formato e sole per la flotta del Campionato Europeo di Classe Star – Casinò Cup. Qualche rottura, tanti ritiri, ma anche una giornata bellissima di vela, che ha portato alla vittoria dell’equipaggio polacco, formato da Mateusz Kusznierewicz e Dominik Zycki, del Gdanski Klub Zeglarski. Secondo posto per i tedeschi Johannes Polgar e Markus Koy, del Norddeutscher Regatta Verein Hobel e terzo per gli svedesi Fredrik Loof e Max Salminen, del KSSS. Tra i tanti campioni che partecipano al Campionato Europeo di Classe Star, l’equipaggio polacco vincitore della prima prova, Mateusz Kusznierewicz e Dominik Zycki e gli svedesi Fredrik Loof e Max Salminen, sono già qualificati per i prossimi giochi olimpici. Oltre a loro, sono già designati alla partecipazione a “Londra 2012” anche i tedeschi Robert Stanjek e Frithjof Kleen, che oggi hanno chiuso al quarto posto, i norvegesi Sigurd Melleby Eivind e Morland Pedersen Petter (quinto posto oggi) e i portoghesi Alfonso Domingos e Federico Melo (undicesimi). Diego Negri con Enrico Voltolini, campioni europei in carica, della sezione velica Guardia di Finanza, chiudono regata 1 al sesto posto. Ieri pomeriggio, alle 18.30, si è celebrata a Sanremo la cerimonia di apertura del Riviera24 - 1 / 2 - 29.09.2021 2 campionato, coi i giovani allievi della scuola vela, che hanno issato le bandiere delle diciannove nazioni partecipanti. La manifestazione è stata oltremodo suggestiva e ha coinvolto tutta la flotta che, nonostante la pioggia, dalla banchina di piazzale Vesco, ha assistito emozionata alla cerimonia. Questa sera, tutti i concorrenti parteciperanno al cocktail party in programma al Royal Hotel di Sanremo, mentre le prove di domani partiranno alle ore 11.00. Il Campionato Europeo di Classe Star – Casinò Cup è organizzato con la collaborazione del Circolo Velico Capo Verde e grazie al sostegno della Regione Liguria e del Comune di Sanremo; sono sostenitori dell’evento Banca Carige, Slam, Portosole CNIS S.p.A., Royal Hotel Sanremo e CieloGioielli Milano 1914. Report on the winter IGC / CMC meeting 1 A report was given concerning measurement issues. John Split Fleet and the MOCR 1-2 Koopman has recently made a presentation to ISAF regarding Message from the International Secretary 2 measurement of Star boats. All aspects of our current 2009 Star Worlds 2 standards were part of the presentation including John's 2011 Centennial Regatta 2 monitoring and measuring the hull density. As we understand Turul Trophy 2-3 it, both John and Star measurement are highly regarded by Regatta Reports ISAF, which allows the Class to retain our present standards Biscayne Trophy and the MOCR 3-5 and control of measurements of our boats and sails. Our 23rd Primo Cup 6 regatta measurement procedure continues to be measurement Masters 6-7 of boat, sails, spars, check of safety gear, crew weight, entry SCYA Midwinters 8 form and to find any non-compliance features. Bacardi Cup 8-10 The 2007 annual meeting has been rescheduled to take place Regatta Schedule 12 during the European championships in Italy, in early September. REPORT ON THE WINTER The meeting was adjourned at 2 PM. Turluck Every year the LMSRF Grants-in-Aid Fund is assigned monies from the LMSRF Endowment Fund for distribution to LMSRF Individual Members and LMSRF Member sailing organizations to improve skills and competition of sailors in the Lake Michigan area by its Grants-in-Aid Committee. In 2017, $20,278.57 was assigned; to date $12,790.00 has been pledged or distributed. Funds that remain after December 31 are returned to the LMSRF Endowment Fund. We have funded individuals and teams to US and International Championships, individuals and teams to clinics, and Sailing Instructor scholarships. Applying for a grant is easy!
