Roll Call ● Alpha Phi Omega, Delta Sigma Pi, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Phi Sigma Pi, Sigma Alpha, and Sigma Alpha Iota in attendance. ● No advisors in attendance III. Open Period IV. Professional Fraternity Council Chapter Reports ● Alpha Phi Omega ○ Initiated our new members from Spring ‘20 on September 11th ○ Just finished rush last week → recruited 8 PNMs ○ New member ceremony on Friday ○ Struggling with chapter engagement and possibly change some policies to meet requirements ○ Possible leadership event that is opened to the PFC (more information to come) ● Delta Sigma Pi ○ Interviews for prospects this week ○ Pledge voting Wednesday ○ Induction of prospects/Big-Little Reveal on Friday ● Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia ○ Second Rush Week this week ○ Working with last semester’s PMs to get the initiated by the end of September - early October ● Phi Sigma Pi ○ Just finished recruitment ○ 8 new members ● Sigma Alpha ○ Starting recruitment this week ○ Interviews and voting on Friday ○ Bid Day on Saturday ○ Figuring out how to handle chapter events safely ● Sigma Alpha Iota ○ Completed Spring 2020s Initiation last week on Sept. 15th! ○ Finished up our recruitment last week and shifting gears to New Member Education ○ Pledging will be on Tuesday evening (9/22) VII.
