fraternity and sorority community. Order of Omega recognizes members

who have completed one full academic year of enrollment at CSU and

have exemplified high standards in the areas of scholarship, leadership,

and involvement with their respective organization and within the

fraternity and sorority, campus, and local community.

○ Initiated our new members from Spring ‘20 on September 11th

○ Just finished rush last week → recruited 8 PNMs

○ New member ceremony on Friday

○ Struggling with chapter engagement and possibly change some policies to meet

requirements

○ Possible leadership event that is opened to the PFC (more information to come)

● ○ Interviews for prospects this week

○ Pledge voting Wednesday

○ Induction of prospects/Big-Little Reveal on Friday

○ Second Rush Week this week

○ Working with last semester’s PMs to get the initiated by the end of September -

early October

○ Just finished recruitment

○ Starting recruitment this week

○ Figuring out how to handle chapter events safely

○ Finished up our recruitment last week and shifting gears to New Member

Education
