Spielberg, Howard Stern, Steve Martin, all started their careers as kids doing what they love to do, not waiting for permission or certification. When Malcolm Gladwell wrote ‘Outliers’, his chapter on 10,000 Hours helped Nick Rua understand the journey he has been on, and the road ahead.
