ROBERTA MAMELI Born in Rome, Roberta Mameli has a degree in singing from the Conservatory of Nicolini in Piacenza, and in violin from the Scuola Civica of Cremo- na. She is often invited to sing by the most prestigious operas and music halls in Europe, Japan. China, Russia and America. In high demand for her repertoire both baroque and classical, she has worked with orchestras and musicians such as Accademia Bizantina, Il Complesso Barocco, La Venexiana, Les Concert des Nations, Ensemble Matteus and Modo Antiquo. Roberta Mameli also gives Masterclasses, notably in Austria, Italy and Japan. She will be accompanied by:

MICHEL KIENER (piano and harpsicord)

Born in Geneva, he obtained virtuoso prizes from the conservatory in piano and harpsicord before continuing his studies at the Conservatory of Amsterdam with Gustav Leonhardt. Winner of the international competition of harpsicord at Bruges, Michel Kiener is the founder and artistic counselor of d’Amacordes. His parallel training as a pianist and harpsichordist also allowed him to become involved with pianofortes. His comfort with chamber music saw him become partnered with some well-known names in the arena of historic musical instruments, notably Christophe Coin, The Kuijken Brothers, Jaap Schroder, Erich Hobarth, Ryo Terakado and Gustav Leonhardt.

He has notably recorded the variations Goldberg of J.S. Bach, the integral harpsicord piece of Jean-Philippe Rameau, a recital of Spanish romantic music with the soprano Marta Almajano, Mozart on pianoforte, and, the entire “Preludes and Fuges” for harpsicord of Johann Sebastian Bach.

LUCA PIANCA ((lute and guitar)

A student of Nikolaus Harnoncourt of the Mozarteum of Salzburg. An uninterrupted collaboration with the “Concentus Musicus Wien” since 1982. Co-founder of the group Il Giardino Armonico in Milan. Contributor to the Zurich Opera: Giulo Cesare, le Retour d’Ulysse. For 25 years Luca’s activities as a performer have seen him perform in some of the most prestigious halls of the world. A well appreciated concert musician, he has accompanied numerous vocal soloists including Cecila Bartoli, Christophe Pregardian, Roberta Mameli, Sonia Prina and Roberta Invernizzi. With over 30 recordings he has also received some very important awards including 5 Diapasons d’Or, 4 Choc du Monde, Gramophone Award 96, Deutsche Schallplattenpreis 98. Grammy Award 2001 for “Les Airs de Revaldi. As a soloist he has recorded the lute pieces of both Antonio Vivaldi and Jean Sebastian Bach. He made his conducting debut with the Vienna orchestra based on the music of Bach. Luca Pianca also plays the electric guitar with a level that allows him to access more modern repertoires, with a certain attachment for the music of the 1970s.

THE MUSICAL PROGRAM

The daily temperatures will give way to a soft evening breeze, as an artistically prepared dinner by our chef is served, and a concert begins under the stars. The music performed will cover a large period of history from 16th century Monteverdi right up to the 20th century, visiting Mozart, Haydn, Gra- nados, Villa-Lobos and other surprises.

THE BOAT

You will navigate calm seas without the risk of seasickness onboard WAOW, sailing vessel of three masts, 60 meters long built of wood using ancient methods, evoking feelings of the Sothern seas, liberty and adventure. An adventure in comfort, space and quality with 10 spacious cabins for the guests. Principally designed for dive charters, an activity available during this cruise, the itinerary will be adjusted for music and activities normally des- tined for non-divers: land excursions (village visits, discovery of the tropical fauna and flora, caves, ancient paintings, lagoons and mangroves), aquatic activities (beach, snorkeling, stand-up paddleboard, sea kayaking). And of course diving for those certified, or discover scuba courses for those who would like to try. DIE KABINEN

7 cabines «DELUXE» situées sous le pont principal, d’une surface de 24m2 chacune, bien supérieure à celle d’autres bateaux de croisière. Dans Each of the cabins is luxurious, spacious and provides all of the amenities expected of a vessel of this standing. They all have private bathrooms with separate shower, separate WC, air conditioning, desk, entertainment system and LED lighting. The disposition of the cabins is as follows:

- 7 “Deluxe” cabins each of approx. 24m2 located below the main deck. This is a size well above that proposed on most charter vessels, especially sailing vessels. In 4 of the 7 Deluxe cabins the double bed can be converted into 2 seperated single beds.

- 1 Deluxe Upper Deck (16m2) with a double bed (toilets and shower in the same unit)

- 2 “Superior” cabins of approx. 21m2 plus an aft deck lounging area, located on the rear of the main deck.
