2012 GSU Risk Management Foundation Third Annual Invitational Golf Tournament and Networking Banquet

Atlanta Athletic Club, Duluth, GA Monday 9/17/2012 Shotgun start at 11:30am

It’s time to sign up for the golf tournament and space is limited! Any company that registers a second team gets an automatic free hole sponsorship. In addition to hosting a high quality charitable golf outing, we are planning an exceptional silent auction and awards/networking banquet.

On the registration form attached you will be given the opportunity to select one or more of the following two types of foursomes. (AT THIS POINT ALL WE NEED IS YOUR REGISTRATION FORM SENT IN – YOU CAN SEND PLAYER INFORMATION AND PAY LATER).

GSU RMF Competitors ($2,350 per foursome – no shirts received): This will be played in a shamble format with each person playing their own ball after the tee shot is picked. Due to the difficulty of the course we recommend all players have a USGA of 24 or less.

GSU RMF Supporters ($1,950 per foursome – no shirts received): This will be played in scramble format enabling each player to play from the best shot. We suggest this course and format for the less serious golfers.

To hold your spot, go to http://www.insuretrust.com/golf to complete a registration form and send it to [email protected]. After you submit the registration form, we will send you an email explaining how to pay online.
