It is your responsibility to i i d e ensure you comply with national and local restrictions including advice given about non-essential travel in and out of locally - h 1 t affected regions (which must not be ignored) – in the interests of the safety of all participants this may give rise to a short 9 n i r notice refusal of entry at the society’s discretion. The Kennel Club will respect the society’s exercise of its discretion. First entry for breeds with CCs on offer is down by £4.00 to £23.00, breed without CCs on offer down by £3.00 to £10.00 and Not for Competition down by £5.00 to £5.00. There is no charge for parking. Spectator Dogs This show has no provision for spectator dogs, any dogs not being shown please enter NFC. Dogs in Vehicles The Committee will not tolerate anyone leaving a dog in a vehicle, therefore make sure all your dogs not being shown are entered NFC. Tents, Gazebos and Umbrellas There will be designated areas for Tents, Gazebos or Umbrellas. Maximum space per unit is 3 metres x 3 metres and they must be erected safely and securely. Everything must fit into this space including the guy ropes, anything larger must not be erected. You should also have some form of 3rd party insurance on your Tent, Gazebo or Umbrella whilst it is erected at the show as you are solely responsible for any injury or damage that may arise from the use of such an item. Chairs Chairs are not provided at the show please make sure to bring your own. COVID Requirements Anyone attending the Show must abide by the current COVID requirements that are in place at the time of the Show. Hand Sanitiser Will be available around the show. Exhibitors are also advised to bring their own hand sanitiser. CAR PARKING / DISABLED CAR PARKING: Free of charge. Please Note: You must clearly display your Official Disabled Badge along with your car park pass and you will be directed towards the front of the car park if spaces are available. ALL CARS ARE PARKED AT OWNER'S RISK. DOG CAGES: Gangways must not be obstructed by cages; if left in gangways they will be removed by authorised officials. Areas are provided for grooming and cages. REMOVAL ORDERS Please note: Removal orders will NOT be issued with your passes and dogs will not be checked upon exit. Exhibitors are entirely responsible for the security and safety of their own dogs. DOG FOULING Any owner, competitor, handler or other person in charge of a dog is required to remove as soon as possible any fouling caused by their dog(s) at any Kennel Club licensed show within the licensed venue and within the environs of that event including car and caravan parks and approaches.
