Race Events Programme 2020

We are pleased to present details of race events for 2020 in the UK and overseas. This is not an exhaustive list and there are many other events in Europe and round the World that we would be happy to discuss. Below Zero Ice Driving Season runs from January – March 2020

Tuthill Porsche’s world-famous ice driving experience is back for 2020. Kicking off in January and running through to mid March, the unique Below Zero Ice Driving format of full days in a choice of classic Porsches over exciting courses on the frozen lakes of Sweden attracts keen drivers from all over the world.

Our instructors are all champion rally drivers and previous clients run the full spectrum of enthusiasts, from famous F1 drivers to weekend racers and Porsche enthusiasts celebrating big birthdays. Peter Auto CER including Classic and 2.0L Cup First event 4 th – 5th April – other dates see below Organisers: Peter Auto Website: peterauto.peter.fr Peter Auto has an exceptional reputation as an industry leader in historic endurance , with headline events including Tour Auto and the famous Le Mans Classic: winner of Octane’s prestigious ‘Historic Motor Racing Event of the Year’ for each of its three most recent editions.

Tuthill Porsche is delighted to work with Peter Auto as part of the 2.0L Cup: a single-make racing series for historic pre-’66 SWB Porsche 911s. All 2-litre SWB 911s prepared to FIA pre-’66 regulations are eligible. Tuthill clients have also competed in Peter’s Classic Endurance Racing series, using 2.8 and 3.0 911 RSRs. We can arrange full on event support for each of these events.

The GTSCC is a race series for genuine Pre-66 GTs and Pre-63 Sports-Cars of a type that were raced in the World Endurance Championship in period attracting entries from owners of some of the most glamorous and spectacular cars. Renowned for its extremely high driving standard on the track and very friendly atmosphere off the track, and running at prime historic race meetings across Europe, these venues offering the perfect combination of historical context and modern facilities.

2019 calendar was as follows: • Donington Historic Festival - 3/4/5 May 2019 • International Trophy at Silverstone* - 18/19 May 2019 • Historic Tour at Albi - 14/15/16 June 2019 • Algarve Classic Festival at Portimao - 1/2/3 November 2019

Modena Cento Ore June 2 nd – 7th Organisers: Canossa Events Website: modenacentooreclassic.it

Modena Cento Ore is the jewel in the crown of historic European road racing experiences. Run through the mountains of Northern Italy, the event includes race laps on Italy’s most famous circuits, including Monza, Mugello and Imola, with the additional thrills of night racing at Misano. There are also several hillclimbs and special stages.

At the end of each day, participants savour the best hotels of Rimini, Florence, Forte dei Marmi and Modena, with dinners in unique locations featuring great chefs and the best Italian wines. Open to competition and regularity crews, grids are kept to 100 cars for maximum conviviality. We can provide on event support for this event.

Silverstone Classic July 31 st – August 2 nd Organisers: Classic Historic Racing Ltd Website: silverstoneclassic.com

Silverstone is the home of British and the Classic is its headline event. Billed as the world's biggest motoring festival, the Silverstone Classic has risen from an estimated attendance of 20,000 and a modest 426 racing entries for the first edition to over 100,000 visitors and 1,000 entries across the 2019 Classic weekend.

Goodwood Revival Dates: 11 th – 13 th September Organisers: Goodwood Road and Racing Club Website: goodwood.com

Goodwood Revival is a three-day festival held each September at Goodwood Circuit since 1998 for the types of road racing cars and motorcycle that would have competed during the circuit's original period, from 1948 to 1966. With competitors and spectators dressing in period clothing across the weekend, and no modern vehicles allowed in or around the circuit, the atmosphere is unique. We can provide on-event support for this event.

Spa 6 Hours is an unmissable event on the world’s most beautiful racing circuit. Established for almost thirty years, the 6 Hours showcases historic racing heroes including historic Jaguars, GT40s and Porsche 911s. 2-litre 911s fitted with our engines and transmissions have excelled at previous 6-Hour editions. We can provide on-event support for this event.
