PUBLIC NOTICE On October 9, 2018, an application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission, Washington, D.C., seeking its consent to the assignment of the broadcast licenses of radio stations WDVE, WKST, WPGB and WXDX, PITTSBURGH, PA, from CAPSTAR TX, LLC, AS DEBTOR IN POSSESSION, to CAPSTAR TX, LLC. WDVE operates on 102.5 FM. WKST operates on 96.1 FM. WPGB operates on 104.7 FM. WXDX operates on 105.9 FM. CAPSTAR TX, LLC is an indirect subsidiary of iHeartCommunications, Inc., which in turn is an indirect subsidiary of iHeartMedia, Inc. iHeartMedia, Inc. is controlled by Clear Channel Capital IV, LLC, the members of which are Bain Capital (CC) IX, L.P. and Thomas H. Lee Equity Fund VI, L.P. Bain Capital (CC) IX, L.P. is ultimately controlled by Bain Capital Investors, LLC, and Thomas H. Lee Equity Fund VI, L.P. is ultimately controlled by THL Holdco, LLC.
