A range of protected mammal, amphibian, reptile and bird species were identified within 2km of the Site by the desk study.
The Extended Phase 1 Survey was undertaken on 27th November 2015. The habitat within the Site consisted of areas of hard standing with some introduced shrub, scattered trees and amenity grassland. None of the habitats identified were considered to be of high ecological value.
