HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: BUTTER CANOLA OIL OLIVE OIL SALT PEPPER COOKING SPRAY GET REAL AND GO ROGUE WEEK PREP:

Cook, drain and cool sausage patties for use later in the week.

Cook sausage links in the oven at 400 degrees for easy cleanup and quicker cook time.

Cook bacon early in the week and keep in fridge until needed for recipe.

PANCAKE BITES: Make a double batch and freeze in a ziplock bag; simply reheat in the oven or microwave when ready to eat! GET REAL AND GO ROGUE HAM, EGG & CHEESE QUESADILLAS:

INGREDIENTS: 1 tbsp. Butter 1 oz. Smithfield Anytime Favorites Cubed Ham 1 egg 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla 1/8 cup Mexican Style Cheese Blend

INSTRUCTIONS: Scramble egg and set aside.

Heat large skillet on medium. Butter whole wheat tortilla and place into skillet.

Top tortilla with cheese. Add scrambled egg and Smithfield Anytime Favorites Cubed Ham to half of the tortilla.

Fold cheese side of tortilla over and gently press down with spatula. Remove tortilla from skillet and place on plate. Cut and serve. GET REAL AND GO ROGUE TAQUITOS:

INGREDIENTS: 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Smithfield® Fresh Sausage Patties, crumbled 1 tbsp. canola oil 8 small flour tortillas 1 cup shredded Tex-Mex cheese 2 tbsp. olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 425˚F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat canola oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook sausage meat, breaking up with wooden spoon, for about 5 minutes or until meat is browned and cooked through. Let cool completely.

To assemble taquitos, spoon 2 tbsp. of sausage meat down along center of each tortilla; sprinkle 2 tbsp. of cheese over top. Roll up tightly and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas. (Line up taquitos tightly, side by side, on baking sheet.)

Brush taquitos lightly with olive oil; bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown all over.

TIP: Serve with guacamole, salsa or sour cream for dipping. GET REAL AND GO ROGUE PB & BACON ENGLISH MUFFIN:

INGREDIENTS: 4 slices of Smithfield® Bacon, cooked 4 English muffins, sliced Peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS: Toast English muffin and spread with your favorite peanut butter.

Top English muffin with warmed Smithfield Cooked Bacon (cut in half) and take your taste buds to flavor town with this salty-sweet breakfast combination.

TIP: Use precooked bacon for grab-and-go ease. GET REAL AND GO ROGUE MICROWAVE EGG PATTY SANDWICH:

INGREDIENTS: 2 pieces Smithfield® Anytime Favorites Sliced Ham 2 slices of your favorite bread, toasted if desired 1 egg Cooking spray Kosher salt, to taste Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS: Coat a ceramic cereal bowl with cooking spray and crack an egg into a bowl.

Whisk with a fork, season with salt and pepper and microwave for 45- 60 seconds until eggs are set and no liquid remains.

Check the bottom of egg for doneness and microwave for additional 5-10 seconds until the desired doneness.

Toast bread and top with Smithfield® Anytime Favorites Sliced Ham, cooked egg and hot sauce for an added kick! GET REAL AND GO ROGUE CINNAMON ROLL PIGS IN A BLANKET:

INGREDIENTS: 1 package Smithfield® Hometown Original Sausage Links, cooked Maple syrup, for dipping 2 cans cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting

INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and open the cinnamon rolls; separate each roll and unroll to make a flat strip.

Wrap each sausage with the dough strip and cut the excess dough.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Drizzle rolls with cream cheese frosting and serve with maple syrup.

TIP: You can cook sausage links in the oven at 400°F for 25 minutes, turning once. GET REAL AND GO ROGUE BACON BREAKFAST PITA:

INGREDIENTS: 8 slices Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon 2 whole pita rounds, cut in half 2 avocados, sliced 6 eggs 2 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS: Whisk eggs in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until well done. Remove from pan and set aside.

Wipe most of the excess grease from the pan, leaving just enough to cook the eggs, and return to stove top. Add eggs to pan and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until set. Add the grated cheese and a pinch of salt. Cook the eggs a minute longer so cheese melts and eggs are cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast the pitas lightly until warmed through. Divide the eggs in the 4 halved pitas. Add 2 slices of bacon to each pita and top with sliced avocado.

TIP: Precook your bacon on Sunday to simply heat and eat throughout the week. GET REAL AND GO ROGUE SAUSAGE PANCAKE BITES:

INGREDIENTS: 1 Smithfield® Fresh Sausage Roll 2 cups pancake mix 1.5 cups water or milk 2 tablespoons maple extract, optional Cooking spray Maple syrup, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Heat nonstick sauté pan over medium heat and add Smithfield Fresh Sausage roll. Continue to stir and break up the sausage into crumbles until cooked through. Remove from heat and place crumbles on a paper towel to drain off excess grease.

Prepare pancake mix according to package, using water or milk and maple extract. Stir until combined do not overmix.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooked sausage to each muffin tin and top with pancake batter – should be ¾ of the way full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until brown and a toothpick comes out clean in the center.

Serve with warm maple syrup and enjoy!

NOTE: Pancake bites will not turn super brown on top but will spring back to the touch and pull away from the sides of the muffin tin when ready.
