Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd classifications. The Organising Committee declines all responsibility for any accidents or damages that may occur to the participants and/or accompanying persons or that were caused by the said persons to people or property before, during and after the event.
All documents should be sent via email to [email protected]. Nominal Entries will open on 30th April 2021 and can be completed in the appropriate section on the website www.auronzocanoe.com. The main deadlines are as follows: • Preliminary Entry, 15th April 2021 (Attachment 2). • Numerical Entry, 30th April 2021. • Nominal Entry, 24th June 2021.
THE RACES WILL BE HELD ACCORDING TO THE POST-COVID EMERGENCY PROTOCOL WHICH WILL CONTINUOUSLY BE UPDATED TO CONFORM TO THE LATEST ITALIAN AND EUROPEAN GOVERNMENT AND SPORTS REGULATIONS. • Final race times will be communicated at the end of the club accreditations with the consignment of the race programme. • Boat weight control will be conducted, starting with the heats, for all teams qualifying for the following race phase. • The minor finals will be held only if there are more than 18 athletes registered for the race. • Athletes must be correctly registered with their Federation (as at Nominal Entry deadline) to be able to participate in the above races and Paracanoe athletes must be regularly classified. • Whatever is not mentioned in the current document will then refer to the ICF Sprint Race Regulations and the ICF Paracanoe Technical Race Regulations • During the event, antidoping controls may be conducted.
REGISTRATION OPENS: 15th FEBRUARY 2021
Registration/participation Fees To improve the organisational quality of this event and to cope with the increased organising costs, the Organising Committee has decided that the race registration will be a single all-inclusive fee of Euro 36,00 for the U16, Junior and Senior categories, while for the Masters the fee will be Euro 45,00. Furthermore, considering that the race has also been opened to foreign clubs which may generate a higher-than-expected participation, the Organising Committee reserves the right to close registrations early. Before registering, foreign clubs should send the authorisation to participate provided by their National Federations. Indicated below are the registration methods.
Registration/participation Fee: The registration fee is Euro 36,00 per athlete for U16, Junior and Senior categories, and Euro 45,00 for Masters.
FOR THE FOREIGN TEAMS, THE PARTICIPATION FEE WILL BE DOUBLED IF YOU ORGANISE YOUR OWN ACCOMMODATION AND DO NOT PASS THROUGH THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE. The registration fee includes: race registration, medical assistance during the races, insurance. The registration fee permits each athlete to participate in ALL the races allowed by the regulations.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to close registrations early if the number of athletes registered does not permit the races to be held over the scheduled 3-day period.

Cancellation Terms: • until 30 April 2021 – free cancellation and refund of amounts already paid (less bank fees). • from 01 May to 24 June 2021 – in case of cancellation 30% of amount paid will be held by the O.C (less bank fees). • from 25 June 2021 – in case of cancellation there will be no refund of amounts paid.

ACCOMMODATION
To reserve your accommodation through the Organising Committee, please complete Attachment 1 and send it via email to: [email protected] . From 15th May 2021 the Organising Committee reserves the possibility of not providing assistance with accommodation reservations.
Payments and Deadlines: • 30% until 15th April 2021. • 70% until 31st May 2021. A credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Terms: • until 15th April 2021 - free cancellation and refund of amounts paid (less bank fees). • from 16th April to 31st May 2021 - in case of cancellation penalty is 30% (plus bank fees) of amount paid. • from 1st June 2021 - in case of cancellation there will be no refund of amounts paid.
The amounts for the Accommodation SHOULD NOT BE PAID TOGETHER with the event registration fees. IT IS POSSIBLE TO USE THE SAME BANK ACCOUNT indicated above, but the reason should be: Accommodation fees – Name of Team/ Club. The reservation of the accommodation will be confirmed by the chronological arrival of the payments because the O.C. will have the right to close reservations if the numbers exceed the capacity of the area. IMPORTANT: All bank transaction fees are to be paid by the sender.

SERVICES
TRANSPORT Auronzo is located only 135km from Venice and is easily accessible by all major forms of transport. For those who arrive: • By car: Auronzo can be reached from Germany (A22 and Brennero pass), from Austria (A23 /Tarvisio), from Slovenia (A34 Gorizia or A4 Trieste), while from Italy take the A27 Venezia- Belluno highway. • By plane: The closest airports are Treviso (126km) www.trevisoairport.it and Venice (137km) www.veniceairport.it. • By train: The closest railway station is in Calalzo-Pieve di Cadore-Cortina, 15 km from Auronzo. The closest main railway station is Venezia-Mestre.
BUS TRANSFERS TO/FROM VENICE/TREVISO AIRPORTS and MESTRE RAILWAY STATION We are able to assist you with your transfer to/from the airports of Venice and Treviso and to/from the Venezia-Mestre railway station. Please contact us at: [email protected] (approximation of costs to/from Venezia-Mestre railway station or to/from Venice and Treviso airports are Euro 40,00 one way and Euro 70,00 return per person).
MEALS – Lunch and small snacks are available at the bars located near the regatta course. It will be possible to reserve a full lunch near the regatta venue. Menu and costs will be published in Bulletin 2.
SERVICES – Hygiene services are available in various parts of the regatta venue. Showers and change room facilities can be guaranteed at the sports venues “Stadio del Ghiaccio” and “Pala TreCime”. This service should be reserved by completing the form that will be released with Bulletin 2.
BOAT RENTAL If you need to hire boats, contact us at [email protected]. More information about boat hire will be given in Bulletin 2.
INSURANCE While insurance is covered with your registration fee, all official participants of the International Regatta are strongly advised to take out a medical insurance policy in their respective countries.
MEDICAL CARE An ambulance and first aid will be available at the regatta venue for all participants inthe International Regatta. The costs above the regular first aid and ambulance services are to be covered by your medical insurance policy. The Organising Committee is not responsible to cover your expenses in connection with hospital treatment, dental treatment or any other medical treatment.
VISA Before travelling to Italy, please check whether you need a visa.
