Location: The City of Winston-Salem wanted to provide summertime’s classic Winston-Salem, NC entertainment to its residents and the outlying region: baseball. Before this minor league ballpark ever got out of the ground, Samet was brought on Project Delivery: board to oversee the demolition of 40 structures at the western entrance of CM@Risk downtown to make room for this 50,000SF park. Located in an ideal spot along Size: Business 40/421 through town, drivers on the highway and passersby can see 5,500 seats with the activity of the new home team, the Dash.
