The 6-foot-0, 195-pound Fulmer combined to go 0-0 with a 2.05 ERA (5 ER/23.0 IP) and 26 strikeouts in nine starts between the Arizona Rookie League White Sox (one S appearance) and Class A Winston-Salem (eight appearances) in his professional debut.
