4. Status of Lifelines Power • No reported power interruption in the affected Regions

Communication Region II • Communication lines such as PLDT, SMART, GLOBE and Digitel are operational

II. Actions Taken • NDCC-EOC is still partially activated or in the blue alert to closely monitor the track and effects caused by TY “Helen” to the affected regions and is continuously disseminating NDCC advisories to OCD Regional Center and disaster coordinating councils (DCCs) in Regions I & II

• OCDRCs and DCCs in Regions III, IV-A, IV-B, VI and VII were also advised on the possible effects of the Southwest Monsoon over the Western sections of and Visayas

• Disaster operation centers (DOCs), response units of local DCCs and actions teams of DSWD, DOH and DPWH in the above mentioned regions, most especially provinces under PSWSs 1 are still activated/on standby to continuously monitor the situation in their respective areas of responsibility

• OCDRCs concerned are still maintaining close coordination and monitoring with PDCCs and local line agencies in their AORs for situation updates

Region I • LGUs provided its affected constituents assorted relief goods in the amount of Php 138,744.00

• DSWD-Field Office I Social Welfare Action Development (SWAD) Teams are still monitoring and coordinating with the Local Social Welfare and Development Office (LSWDO) and the Office of Civil Defense Regional Center I to the affected areas

• OCDRC1 conducted inspection of the reported damaged dike in Nancalobasan, Urdaneta City
