Many years of industry experience supplying a quality range of tooling coupled with in-house production of tool control foam inlays and laser etching, means an established base to take tool control to a whole new level. The system currently consists of four key physical products: • The kabTrak is an electronically controlled tool cabinet fitted with our patent pending sensor system and an interactive display screen. DASHTRAK Dashboard all facilities Tool Status • The portaTrak is a unique tracking system for portable toolkits using accurate weight measurement. CRIBTRAK henchmanTRAK Toolstore/Workshop (Semi-Automated) Smartphone APP • The cribTrak bridges the gap using Portable Kits on the run RFID tagging and/or barcoding to monitor manual tool movement with SERVER Central Cloud a scanning system. Database • The mobiTRAK is a smartphone App simplifying the management of portable kits on the run. The henchmanTRAK system is centrally viewable on the cloud for all TRAK variants providing detailed monitoring and reporting on all tool PORTA movements across all locations. Having produced toolkits for over 18 years, these lists have proved very valuable to cus- tomers even as prompts when making their selections. It seems there are always some uniqe requirements which is why we offer customised solutions. Cabinet Sizes There are two cabinet widths in the kabTRAK range and various heights to suit your needs. Many additional useful features are incoporated including an inter- active screen displaying tool layouts to assist the user to quickly and correctly replace their tools.
