MANAGEMENT

Michael Wade is the General Manager of Delphi Lodge. Michael is a passionate fly fisherman and environmen- talist. Along with his wife and two young children he relocated to the west of Ireland 15 years ago. A desire to live and raise a family in a clean, natural environment and to be close to the best fishing in Ireland were all key factors in this move. Along with the owners, Michael Wade and David McEvoy (the Fishery Manager), all the Delphi staff are fully committed to the conservation of Atlantic salmon and sea trout and the preservation of the environment and the Delphi Estate.

At Delphi Lodge we are able to provide world class tuition through our resident instructor, Robert Gillespie. Fly fishing instruction can be as simple as a short visit for half a day or built into a fully tutored course over a few days while staying in the Lodge. Robert Gillespie is one of the worlds most qualified fly fishing instructors and is available for one on one tuition in addition to offering excellent tuition to small groups and families.
