OF FOREST LAND REQUIRED FOR KADUGODI DEPOT HAS ALSO BEEN ACQUIRED.

PERMISSION FOR CUTTING TREES IS RECEIVED FROM THE TREE OFFICER.

REACH–2–EXTEN–(MYSORE ROAD STATION TO CHALLAGHATTA)–8.8 K.M

OUT OF 78,260.34 SQM REQUIRED FOR VIADUCT AND STATIONS, ENTIRE AREA IS ACQUIRED AND HANDED OVER TO ENGINEERING SECTION. ENTIRE AREA OF 1,71,281.37

SQM OF LAND REQUIRED FOR CHALLAGHATTA DEPOT IS HANDED OVER TO ENGINEERING

REACH-3C–EXTENSION–(NAGASANDRA TO BANGALORE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTRE)–3 K.M

ALL LANDS REQUIRED FOR THIS REACH ARE ACQUIRED AND HANDED OVER TO

ENGINEERING SECTION. HOWEVER, ADDITIONAL AREA OF 1885.11 SQM HAS BEEN

ACQUIRED TO PROVIDE ROAD LINKS TO CHIKKABIDARAKALLU METRO STATION FROM

ANCHEPALYA AND OTHER VILLAGES VIA JINDAL-PRESTIGE LAYOUT. JINDAL AND

PRESTIGE AUTHORITIES HAVE FILED A WRIT PETITION IN THE HIGH COURT TO QUASH

THE ACQUISITION. FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AS PER ORDER OF THE HIGH

COURT.

OUT OF 3,09,433.51 SQM ACQUIRED 3,07,053.00 SQM IS HANDED OVER TO ENGINEERING SECTION. HOWEVER FOR ADDITIONAL AREA OF 2013.53 SQM HIGH COURT HAS STAYED

FURTHER ACTION SUBSEQUENT TO ISSUE OF NOTICE U/S 28(6). HANDING OVER OF

REMAINING 305.02 SQM IS UNDER PROGRESS. NOTIFICATION U/S 28(4) FOR AN EXTENT

ACQUIRED AND HANDED OVER TO ENGINEERING SECTION. FOR LANDS REQUIRED FOR

UNDERGROUND STRETCH FROM DAIRY CIRCLE TO NAGAWARA, PAYMENT OF

COMPENSATION IS UNDER PROGRESS. AN AREA OF 32.6 ACRES OF LAND REQUIRED FOR

KOTHANUR DEPOT IS ACQUIRED AND HANDED OVER TO ENGINEERING SECTION. 28(4)

NOTIFICATION FOR ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONAL LAND OF 5101.26 SQM REQUIRED FOR

VENKATESHPURA STATION AND 71.16 SQM FOR TANNERY ROAD METRO STATION IS SENT

TO GOVRNMENT ON 21.04.2021 FOR APPROVAL .

OUT OF 60,256.15 SQM REQUIRED FOR THIS LINE, ENTIRE EXTENT IS ACQUIRED AND

HANDED OVER TO ENGINEERING SECTION.

PHASE-2B – AIRPORT LINE – 38 K.M

OUT OF 3,13,252.76 SQM REQUIRED FOR THIS LINE, ENTIRE EXTENT IS ACQUIRED AND AN

EXTENT OF 2,71,134.99 SQM IS HANDED OVER TO ENGINEERING SECTION. PAYMENT OF

COMPENSATION FOR THE REMAINING AREA IS UNDER PROGRESS.

COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION

AN AMOUNT OF RS. 6467.38 CRORES FOR PHASE-2, RS. 365.51 CRORES FOR PHASE -2A

AND RS. 1202.35 CRORES FOR PHASE – 2B IS PAID TOWARDS COMPENSATION FOR 3021

PROPERTIES.

SO FAR, RS. 77.01 CRORES IS PAID AS REHABILITATION BENEFITS FOR 745 OWNERS AND

2343 TENANTS.

DAIRY CIRCLE TO NAGAWARA -TOTAL LENGTH -13.9 KMS Sl RT-01 Progress Details as on 30.04.2021— Package-1 No Contractor & Alignment of M/s Afcons Infrastructure Limited. 3.655 Kms, between South Ramp to Rashtriya Military 1 RT-1 School, 3 Nos of UG Stations (i.e. Dairy Circle, MICO Industries & Langford Town) South Ramp:  Excavation work is in progress at Cut & Cover portion (89% Completed).  Base slab PCC work at Cut and Cover portion work is in progress (39% Completed). TBM 1 (Up Line)  Shield and backup gantry lowering completed.  Commissioning completed.  Initial Drive started on 22-April-2021 from North Bound of South Launching shaft. TBM 2 (Down Line)  Shield and backup gantry lowering completed.  Shield assembly works is in progress.

Dairy Circle Station:

 Secant Piling work is in progress (79% completed).  Cut off wall by Secant Piling is in progress (67% completed).  Traffic decking & road diversion work is in progress on West side. 2 Station Works Progress Lakkasandra Station:

 Secant Piling work is in Progress (78% completed).  Utility diversion work is in progress (80% completed).  Road diversion work is in progress on East side (75% completed). Langford Station:

 Secant Piling work is in progress (20%Completed).  Temporary shaft piling is in progress (92% completed)  900mm dia water pipeline laying work completed, linking works is balance (98% completed). Work area barricading/high fencing 85% completed. Rashtriya Military School (Vellara Launching Shaft):

TBM 3 (Up Line)  TBM commenced on 12-Mar-2021.  55 Nos / 426 Nos (13 % completed) Permanent tunnel rings erection completed.  TBM main drive conversion work is in progress.

Sl RT-02 Progress Details as on 30.04.2021—Package –2 No Contractor & Alignment of M/s Larson & Toubro Ltd. 2.762 Kms, between Rashtriya Military School to Shivajinagar, 1 RT-02 3 Nos of UG Stations (i.e. Rashtriya Military School, M G Road & Shivajinagar)

Rashtriya Military School Station: 89.68% of the secant piles for station box and 100% of the piles for entry exit have been completed. 25846.98 Cum (21.73%) of excavation for the station box has been completed. 13.14% of Base slab casting works are completed. 9.28% of Station wall casting from Base slab to concourse completed. 7.19% of Station Wall from concourse slab to roof slab completed. 10.89% of Concourse slab casting completed..

M G Road Station: Secant piles for station box are completed and 60.60% of the piles for entry exit have been 2 Station Works Progress completed. 92837.82 Cum (95.52%) of excavation for the station box has been completed, 8346.285 Cum (53.82%) of excavation for entry exit completed. 21.93% of Base slab casting works are completed. 7.17% of Station wall casting from Base slab to concourse completed.

Shivajinagar Station: Secant piles for station box are completed and 47.25% of the piles for entry exit have been completed. 109032.63 Cum (94.91%) Excavation works has been completed for station box, 7641.018 Cum (35.077%) excavation work for entry & exit completed. 34.47% of Base slab casting works are completed.

9.58% of station wall casting from Base slab to concourse is completed

TBM 1: AVNI -(Tunnel Boring Starts at Shivajinagar & Ends at Rashtriya Military School)

 Total of 309 Permanent Rings erection completed.  Total of 44 Hyperbaric interventions completed. Tunnel Works Progress  Secondary grouting completed up to Ring 296. 3 TBM 2: LAVI-(Tunnel Boring Starts at Shivajinagar & Ends at Rashtriya Military School)

 56 permanent rings erection completed.  4 Hyperbaric intervention completed  Secondary grouting completed up to Ring 37

10 UNDERGROUND WORKS - REACH 6 DAIRY CIRCLE TO NAGAWARA -TOTAL LENGTH -13.9 KMS Sl RT-03 Progress Details as on 30.04.2021—Package-3 No Contractor & Alignment of M/s Larson & Toubro Ltd. 2.884 Kms, between Shivajinagar to Tannery Road Station, 2 Nos 1 RT-3 of UG Stations (i.e. Cantonment & Pottery Town).

Urja TBM (TBM No. 01): North Bound Tunnelling from Cantonment Station to Shivajinagar commenced from 14.08.2020 and completed so far 429 Rmt (286 rings) out of 864 Rmt (576 rings). 2 TBM Works Progress Vindhya TBM (TBM No-2): South Bound Tunnelling from Cantonment Station & Shivajinagar commenced from 1.10.2020 and completed so far 381 Rmt (254 rings) out of 864 Rmt (576 rings).

Cantonment Station:

Hard rock Excavation using Controlled blasting technique is in progress. 1,01,060 Cum (62.38%) of excavation is completed out of 1,62,000 Cum. 3,301 Sqm. (41.49%) of PCC has been carried out of the total scope of 7,957 Sqm. Base Slab Concreting of 1,773 (22.28%) Sqm has been completed out of the total 7,957 Sqm.

3 Station Works Progress Pottery Town Station:

Excavation for station box construction in progress; 1,46,492 Cum (84.73%) of excavation completed out of 1,72,889 Cum. Fabrication & Installation of 4th & 5th layer struts - waler in progress. 541 Sqm. (5.78%) of PCC has been carried out of the total scope of 9,362 Sqm. Base Slab Concreting of 432 (4.61 %) Sqm has been completed out of the total 9,362 Sqm.

Casting of 1218 Nos (37.55%) of Precast Tunnel Segments has been completed so far out of total 4 Peenya Casting Yard scope of 3244 Nos. Sl RT-04 Progress Details as on 30.04.2021—Package– 4 No M/s ITD Cementation India Limited. 4.591 Kms, between South of Tannery Road Station to Contractor & Alignment of 1 North Ramp, 4 Nos of UG Stations (i.e. Tannery Road, Venkateshpura, Kadugondanahalli & RT-4 Nagawara) Tannery Road Station: Guide wall: 431 m out of 522 m is completed. Secant Pile: 564 nos. out of 742 nos are completed. Venkateshpura Station: Temporary Retaining wall: 467 m out of 497 m is completed. Excavation: 47,718 Cum out of 1,20,000 Cum is completed. 2 Station Works Progress Kadugondanahalli Station: Barricading Works: 650 m out of 770 m is completed. Guide Wall: 410 m out of 540 m is completed. Secant Pile: 273 Nos out of 610 nos are completed. Cut & Cover-1: Barricading Works: 400 m out of 643 m completed. Guide Wall : 133 Rm out of 265 nos are completed. Secant Pile : 79 Nos out of 375 Nos arte completed.

Nagawara Station: Barricading Works: 590 m out 610 m is completed. 3 Casting Yard Casting of Rings for Tunnel Lining: 663 nos out of 4834 nos is completed. 4 Tunnelling TBM parts started arriving to Venkateshapura Station from TBM factory in Chennai.
