Sarginsons have been at the forefront of aluminium diecasting in the UK for over 75 years. Their Coventry business is one of the few European foundries to offer the three complimentary casting processes of low pressure, gravity and sand from one site. Supported by the latest magma flow simulation software and comprehensive finishing and assembly services.

Sarginsons pride themselves on being able to deliver the most complex and technically challenging, safety critical components, quickly and cost effectively.

Independent Trustee Services Ltd www.itslimited.org.uk/

Stand Space: 29

Independent Trustee Services Ltd (ITS) provide expert professional support & guidance to the Trustees and Sponsors of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes.

ITS work with a number of schemes in the automotive sector including SMMT members to help them reduce the liabilities, reduce investment risk and improve returns, with the overall aim of getting to a point where the scheme can be transferred to an insurer at a price the sponsor can afford. Most of these schemes are in deficit which results in increasing repayments that are a burden on the sponsor and in extreme cases can pose a threat to the viability of the business.

A key component of all ITS do is to ensure that as well as working with fellow trustees and the sponsor ITS ensure that the beneficiaries’ interests are protected too.

ITS joined the SMMT as we have an increasing number of clients in the automotive sector and we wanted to further understand their needs.
