Temperature: 74º • Tonight’s matchup marked the fourth consecutive year the Vikings and Seahawks have met in the preseason. With the win, Minnesota is now 3-1 in those games. Overall, the Vikings own a Wind: WNW 11 mph 10-8 advantage in the preseason series dating back to 1979. Operable Doors: Open • Minnesota’s defense did not allow an offensive touchdown in the contest, holding the Seahawks 0-for-3 on trips to the red zone. vikings • Vikings quarterbacks combined to complete passes to 16 different receivers. RB Mike Boone then rushed up the middle to convert the ensuing two-point conversion attempt. • LB Devante Downs sealed the Vikings’ 25-19 victory with his first interception of the preseason as time expired in the fourth quarter.
