East Garafraxa Township Special Electronic Council Minutes October 23, 2020 The Council of the Township of East Garafraxa held a Special Electronic Meeting of Council by video conference at 11:00 a.m. on October 23, 2020 for the purpose of holding a Council workshop. Councillors Tom Nevills, Fran Pinkney, Lenora Banfield and Deputy Mayor John Stirk were in attendance with Mayor Guy Gardhouse presiding. Susan Stone, CAO/Clerk- Treasurer, Jessica Kennedy, Deputy Clerk Christine Gervais, Director of Planning (for Closed Meeting), Township Consultants Elizabeth Howson, Jeff Wilker and Gord Feniak (for Closed Meeting) were also in attendance. 1. Opening of Meeting Meeting called to order. 2. Approval of Agenda Motion passed to approve agenda as circulated. 3. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest with Reasons None declared at this time. 4. Delegations/Presentations – (In Closed Meeting) 4.1. Councillors Tom Nevills, Fran Pinkney, Lenora Banfield and Deputy Mayor John Stirk (Deputy Mayor Stirk arrived at 2:38 p.m.) were in attendance with Mayor Guy Gardhouse presiding. Susan Stone, CAO/Clerk-Treasurer, Jessica Kennedy, Deputy Clerk, Dave Menary, Director of Public Works, and Christine Gervais, Director of Planning (for Planning and Public Meeting) were also in attendance. 1.
