Since the COVID-19 lockdown, Eskom Mpumalanga has made local communication channels available to our valued provincial customers. These contact details (step 1) are only available during working hours, 07:30 – 16:00 on weekdays only. Customers are reminded to still make use of the Eskom official channels to report any fault. LPU (Large Power Users) in Mpumalanga have Customer Executives allocated to them who provide a one-stop personalised service to their respective customers. Should a customer not be satisfied with the service and or response time, a complaint may be logged (refer to the steps below). A list of Customer Executives per District and Area is available below. Please have your Eskom reference number ready for efficient follow up service.
