HCIF’s mission is to drive high-value health care through stakeholder collaboration and targeted quality improvement initiatives. OVERVIEW The Partnership for Patient Care (PPC) is a collaboration with Independence Blue Cross and the region’s hospitals to accelerate the adoption of evidence-based clinical VISION: practices by pooling the resources, knowledge, and efforts of healthcare providers and partners.
