Next Steps: 1. Within 6 months your company will be audited by FLO-CERT. A FLO-CERT appointed auditor will contact you in the next few months to arrange a date for the audit to take place. 2. After the completion of the initial audit a FLO-CERT staff member will evaluate the audit report and will contact you regarding any issues or non-compliances arising from the audit. 3. Once any issues or non-compliances are resolved, FLO-CERT will issue your company with its formal Certificate.
Please note: This letter serves as evidence that your company is permitted to trade in Fairtrade products until either (i) the date upon which you receive a formal Certificate following a FLO-CERT audit, or (ii) the expiration of 9 months from the date of the granting of permission to trade.
