AUTHORISED ACTIVITY 1. Selective removal of trees greater than 5 metres in height within an area of 0.75 hectares marked with yellow hatching on attached Plan 668/1.
CONDITIONS 1. The Permit Holder shall cut trees within 0.5 metres from ground level.
2. The Permit Holder shall not remove the roots or tree base from the ground.
3. The Permit Holder shall take the following measures to establish vegetation within the area cross hatched yellow on attached Plan 668/1: a) Selectively remove or kill all plant species that are not native vegetation within the area cross hatched yellow on attached Plan 668/1 during the months of June 2006 and September 2006; b) During the months of July 2006 or August 2006, plant 800 seedlings within the area cross hatched yellow on Plan 668/1. Seedlings shall be species listed in Schedule 1 to this permit and at least fifty (50) seedlings of each species shall be planted; and c) During the months of July 2007 or August 2007, replace any seedlings that have died within the area cross hatched yellow on Plan 668/1. Seedlings shall be species listed in Schedule 1 to this permit.
