  • Nicholas Gonzalez Treatment for Cancer: Gland Extracts, Coffee Enemas, Vitamin Megadoses, and Diets
Nicholas Gonzalez Treatment for Cancer: Gland Extracts, Coffee Enemas, Vitamin Megadoses, and Diets Saul Green, Ph.D. Nicholas Gonzalez, MD, has developed a treatment for cancer that is a duplication of one devised by William Donald Kelley, a dentist from Grapevine, Texas [1,2]. Gonzalez heard about Kelley's methods from a friend, and during his second year in medical school, he visited Kelley in Texas [3]. Gonzalez learned the details of Kelley's cancer treatments by reading patients' charts in which were recorded diagnoses, treatment regimens, and various anecdotes. Gonzalez continued his observations intermittently for five more years, wrote up his findings, but did not publish them. The Kelley Treatment The Kelley treatment, as outlined in his Newsletter on Cancer Remedies [4], is based on a belief in a relationship between diet and "detoxification" with coffee enemas as outlined by Max Gerson, MD [5,6]. According to Kelley, all cancers are one disease caused by a deficiency of protein digestive enzymes, which allows cancer cells to grow. Kelley explained that because this cause of cancer is so clear and simple, it is ignored by the medical establishment [7]. He offered this explanation: The direct cause of cancer according to our research, is the changing of an ectopic germ cell into an ectopic trophoblast cell. An excess of female hormones brings about this change. Both men and women have sex hormones and when the delicate male- female sex hormone balance is upset, a cancer starts. Thus cancer is the growth of normal tissue, i.e. basic germ cells, in the wrong place.

  • Coffee Enema
The Coffee Enema Its Unique History and Amazing Detox Properties The following information is quoted from “The Royal Enema” by Dr. Ralph Moss An enema is “a fluid injected into the rectum for the purpose of clearing out the bowel, or of administering drugs or food.” The word itself comes from the Greek en-hienai, meaning to “send or inject into.” The enema has been called “one of the oldest medical procedures still in use today.” Tribal women in Africa, and elsewhere, routinely use it on their children. The earliest medical text in existence, the Egyptian Ebers Papyrus, (1,500 B.C.) mentions it. Millennia before, the Pharaoh had a “guardian of the anus,” a special doctor one of whose purposes was to administer the royal enema. The Greeks wrote of the fabled cleanliness of the Egyptians, which included the internal cleansing of their systems through emetics and enemas. They employed these on 3 consecutive days every month said Herodotus (II.77) or at intervals of 3 or 4 days, according to the later historian, Diodorus. The Egyptians explained to their visitors that they did this because they “believed that diseases were engendered by superfluities of the food”, a modern-sounding theory! Enemas were known in ancient Sumeria, Babylonia, India, Greece and China. American Indians independently in- vented it, using a syringe made of an animal bladder and a hollow leg bone. Pre-Columbian South Americans fash- ioned latex into the first rubber enema bags and tubes. In fact, there is hardly a region of the world where people did not discover or adapt the enema.

PATIENT & CAREGIVER EDUCATION Gerson Regimen This information describes the common uses of Gerson Regimen, how it works, and its possible side effects. Tell your healthcare providers about any dietary supplements you’re taking, such as herbs, vitamins, minerals, and natural or home remedies. This will help them manage your care and keep you safe. How It Works The Gerson regimen does not treat or prevent cancer. The Gerson regimen was developed by Max Gerson in the 1940s. It involves a strict metabolic diet that emphasizes fresh fruit and vegetable juice, high carbohydrate and potassium, no sodium or fat, and low animal protein. The diet is often supplemented with digestive enzymes, coffee enemas, and various supplements, including laetrile. This diet is based on the theory that it addresses the cause of cancer by detoxifying the body and stimulating metabolism so that the body can heal itself. These Gerson Regimen 1/4 toxins, Gerson claimed, build up from environmental pollution and processed foods, and eventually alter cell metabolism. However, this proposed toxin build-up has never been proven, nor has the diet’s ability to remove such toxins from the body. Coffee enemas are used in several metabolic therapies. Theoretically, they may help excretion from the liver and colon, but it has not been proven. Coffee enemas can actually be dangerous when used repeatedly, causing electrolyte imbalances in the blood and impaired nutrient absorption. Because the high levels of fruits and vegetables are eaten raw, they may not be absorbed as easily, especially in patients with gastrointestinal cancers or chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal disorders.

The Alternative Appeal December 12, 2011 Courtney E. DeRoo 2 For decades, traditional American medicine has faced challenges from the world of alternative medicine. By the late twentieth century, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) became increasingly popular, with more than one third of adults in the United States using some form of CAM. While alternative medicine is used in place of conventional medical practices, complementary medicine is used in addition to conventional treatments (Cancer and CAM: At a Glance [NCCAM Health Information] 2011). Use of CAM is especially popular among cancer patients, as conventional treatments repeatedly fail to conquer the disease. The ineffectiveness of conventional treatments like surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation has lead to an estimated 64% of cancer patients using alternative therapies. A recent survey conducted at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center found 83% of cancer patients using alternatives (Ausubel 2011). In particular, biologically‐based approaches to cancer treatment caught the attention of patients in the past and continue to do so today.

Originally conceived as a salt-and-water management for skin tuberculosis (lupus vulgaris), Gerson’s dietotherapy evolved empirically to embrace emerging scientific knowledge. Vitamin feeding emerged as a rationale, as did protein/calorie restriction, metabolism, and finally immunology. Following Gerson’s death in 1959, additional putative mechanisms of action have been identified. Following is a discussion of the clinical measures with guidelines for imple- mentation, a discussion of strengths and limitations, and possible directions for further investigation. Introduction I’m happy to be back. I was telling Paul Yutsis his group of physicians is outside the bell curve, beyond the tails; that standard practice is actually an acculturated way of thinking, and that there’s so much more to know.

  • All About Coffee Enemas
All about Coffee Enemas The HISTORY of the enema points to a long-used and successful healing tool: Enemas have been one of the most important tools used in medical hospitals for the care of patients. Although there has been little scientific documentation of enema use in the hospital setting, nurses have observed very few complications. Enemas have been so vital to quality patient care because medical doctors and nurses know that a patient cannot make solid progress without regular bowel movements. On every patient's chart is a list of characteristics to manage. On this patient management list is the bowel movement. If a patient doesn't move the bowels, and is at risk for a bowel obstruction, treatment is administered to empty the bowels. Historically, this colon cleansing treatment was the warm water enema. Why TAKE A COFFEE ENEMA? Coffee enemas detoxify the body. They assist the body to heal more deeply when used in conjunction with a detoxification diet or program. The coffee enema was first rigorously used as a healing treatment by Dr. Max Gerson, MD, in the 1940s and 1950s, to treat his cancer patients. Now, after more than 60 years of use in cancer treatment, the coffee enema is finally the subject of serious scientific study through the work of Dr. Nicolas Gonzalez, MD, and the United States Cancer Institute. The therapeutic action of the coffee enema is to improve the abilities of the liver and gallbladder to remove toxins and cancerous metabolic byproducts by stimulating the flow of bile and increasing the enzymatic action of the liver.
