Tenderers who will sign on behalf of their Company, should produce the authority of signing the tender in support of their Company. Tender not signed with proper authority or not signed as per Rule/G.O. may be declared informal. (x) The acceptance of the tender will rest with accepting authority who does not bind himself to accept lowest offer or all tenders received without assigning any reason thereof. (xi) Before submitting any tender, tenderer shall inspect the site of work and ascertain all information in full about the site condition and availability of water, power, road transport, conveyance etc. which are the governing fact is of rates to be quoted in the tender.
