On 21 December 2005, the Commission adopted the Guidelines on National Regional Aid for 2007-20131 (hereinafter “RAG”). 2. In accordance with paragraph 100 of the RAG, each Member State should notify to the Commission, following the procedure of Article 88(3) of the EC Treaty, a single regional aid map covering its entire national territory which will apply for the period 2007-2013. In accordance with paragraph 101 of the RAG, the approved regional aid map is to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and will be considered as an integral part of the RAG. 3. On 13 March 2006, a pre-notification meeting between the Spanish authorities and the Commission's services took place. 4. By letter of 19 September 2006, registered at the Commission on the same day with the reference number A/37353, Spain notified its regional aid map for the period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013. 5. By letter of 23 October 2006 (reference number D/59110) the Commission requested from the Spanish authorities additional information. 6. El estudio baja al nivel de los partidos judiciales creados en la provincia madrileña a raíz de la Reforma Administrativa llevada a cabo por Javier de Burgos, a través del Real Decreto de 30 de Noviembre de 1833. 3 El distrito judicial de Navalcarnero , ubicado en la zona suroeste de la provincia madrileña, entre los de Getafe y San Martín de Valdeiglesias, abarcaba en el periodo analizado, un total de 21 municipios, que ocupaban una extensión de 962,44 kilómetros cuadrados, según el siguiente detalle.     TESOROS ISLÁMICOS Y MUDÉJARES DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID En el 711 el general Tariq cruzó las montañas de Somosierra para continuar con la conquista musulmana de la Península Ibérica y alrededor del 1080 el rey Alfonso VI de León hizo lo mismo por Guadarrama para reconquistar el territorio andalusí. Durante esos 350 años, la comunidad de Madrid fue ganando peso e importancia hasta convertirse a mitad del siglo IX en guardián de la Marca Media: la frontera entre Al Andalus y los reinos cristianos El emir Mohamed I inició el sistema defensivo de la región con una red de atalayas, puentes, fortalezas y madinas. Pero fue Abderraman III quien dio esplendor a este vasto territorio, que contó con dos medinas en Talamanka (Talamanca de Jarama) y Mayrit (Madrid). Junto a las pequeñas ciudades andalusíes, surgió Qal'at'Abd al-Salam (Alcalá de Henares) y Qal`at al-Jalifa (Calatalifa, en Villaviciosa de Odón). Su misión, proteger las dos grandes rutas de comunicación que cruzaban la región, herederas de las vías romanas: De Zaragoza a Mérida y de Segovia a las sierras béticas. Ambas atravesaban Toledo. Pero hubo más caminos: Somosierra a través de Buitrago, protegido con seis atalayas, y el denominado Balat Humayd en Guadarrama, la autopista medieval de los ejércitos cristianos y musulmanes, con otras dos atalayas en su retaguardia. Fueron los árabes quienes pusieron nombre a estas montañas como también hicieron con más de una treintena de localidades madrileñas, muchas de las cuales surgieron a raíz de una atalaya o un castillote como los de Cervera, Rivas o Paracuellos.

For this reason, the old luminaires were replaced by panels in 4000K with 36W and 3600lm, providing with more than 500 lux each workplace and with an R9>50 index that provides greater comfort for the human eye, thus achieving the BEFORE AFTER WELL Building Standard certification, which looks after the health and well-being of the occupants in a workplace. The entire lighting system has been provided by SILVERSUN. In the warehouse of almost 9,000 square meters, 100 LED high bays of 200W have been installed offering 300 lux on the ground. For the outside, 155W and 185W flood lights, and 30W integral fixtures have been chosen for illuminating the façade and loading-unloading areas. In the offices, 36W LED panels with light regulator, 15W downligths and 10W spot lights were installed in workplaces, corridors and common areas. Economic and energy savings will be enjoyed from now on. In fact, it is the country that contributes the largest surface area to the Natura 2000 network and the one with the most Biosphere Reserves. In this context, it is not surprising that nature tourism should have grown far beyond that of conventional tourism in our country and registered an important increase in foreign visitors attracted to Spain by its natural resources. At this time the Madrid Region manages nine major Protected Natural Spaces that account for up to 15% of its territory.
