Sample itinerary : Day 01 ______/ PHNOM PENH (No meal) Upon your arrival in Phnom Penh International Airport, you will be met by our local representative and thereafter, transfer to your selected hotel for check-in. Rest of the day is free at leisure for you to explore the city.

Day 02 PHNOM PENH / SIEM REAP (Breakfast, Lunch) After breakfast, proceed on a sightseeing tour around the city visiting the Royal Palace - one of the impressive and colourful Khmer-style Palaces which was built in 1866 by the predecessors of King Norodom; Silver Pagoda that displays plenty of Buddha Statues that are decorated and made with diamonds, emeralds, gold as well as silver; Wat Phnom – an ancient temple set back just a few hundred metres from the riverfront and sits atop the hill that gave the city its name; and followed by a little shopping at Phsar Toul Tom Poung – a traditional Cambodian market that is often referred to as the Russian Market and offers a large selection of handicrafts, woodcarvings, silk scarves, jewellery, musical instruments, etc… After lunch, embark on a 6-hour journey to Siem Reap. Upon your arrival, transfer to your selected hotel for check-in and thereafter, rest of the evening is free at leisure for you to explore the city.

Day 03 SIEM REAP (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) After breakfast, begin the day with a visit to The South Gate of , the last capital of the . Explore the temples inside the walls of the “Great City” such as , , Baphoun, Terrace of the Elephants as well as the Terrace of the Leper King; followed by a small circuit tour of , , and , a temple with jungle-like atmosphere with a combination of giant trees and extensive roots growing out of the ruins. After lunch, explore the grounds of , a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the “Seven Wonders of the World”. Constructed during the first half of the 12th century and encompassing an area of about 400 acres, this awe-inspiring temple is the largest and the best-preserved monument within the ancient city that was the epicentre of the Khmer empire that once ruled most of Southeast Asia. Later in the evening, take a short hike up to the top of Bakheng Hill for a fabulous view of sunset over Angkor Wat and its surrounding rice fields as well as forested countryside; before relaxing and unwinding while enjoying a dinner with Khmer Traditional Show.

Day 04 SIEM REAP (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) After breakfast, journey approximately 16 kilometres from Siem Reap to visit the Chong Kneas Floating Village at Tonlé Sap – one of the largest freshwater lakes in Asia. The Tonlé Sap is unusual for two reasons - its flow changes direction twice a year, and the portion that forms the lake expands and shrinks dramatically with the seasons. Take a ride on a traditional wooden boat and experience the human occupations at the edges of the lake, the towering stilted houses, huge fish traps, etc… After lunch, proceed to visit Artisan D'Angkor, a handicraft center specializing in teaching traditional crafts to impoverished youngster. Here, you will find everything from elegant stone and wood statues to household furniture. Next, continue on to visit the War Memorial Monument which is dedicated to those who sacrificed their lives in the civil war; followed by a visit to the beautifully decorated shrine of Preah Ang Chek and Preah Ang Chorm which is located just across from the Independence Gardens and The Royal Palace. These sister deities, believed to have been Angkorian Princesses, were originally housed at the Preah Poan gallery at Angkor Wat but were repeatedly moved to keep their whereabouts secret from invaders as well as treasure hunters until they were finally enshrined in their current location in 1990. After dinner, enjoy a little shopping at the night market or head over to Pub Street which is packed with restaurants and bars for a taste of nightlife in Siem Reap.

Day 05 SIEM REAP / ______(Breakfast) After breakfast, free at leisure until it is time for your transfer to Siem Reap International Airport for your onwards journey.
