Part One comprises the written statement of general planning policies and proposals for the District as a whole. Part Two comprises the individual settlement statements which contain the detailed planning background, policies and proposals specific to each settlement. Part Two of the Plan MUST be read in conjunction with the policies and proposals in Part One which apply throughout the District. The Inset Proposals Map for each settlement depicts the planning policies and proposals on an Ordnance Survey map base. Some of the smaller hamlets do not have settlement statements or inset plans. In these other settlements, which are listed below, development will be in accordance with Policy H15 of Part One of the Local Plan. In Wisbech St Mary & Guyhirn the wake of the flagging hurricane we have seen storm-torn skies painting rainbows in a Church roaring tide, and curious wobbling seals watching us watching them.
