In case of default in payment, the property shall at the discretion of Authorised Officer/secured creditor be sold to second highest bidder or re-sold and the defaulting purchaser shall not have any claim. This is also a mandatory notice of 30 days as per the provisions of the Act to the borrowers / guarantors /mortgagors of above accounts informing them about holding of sale/auction on aforesaid dates and to redeem the assets, if so desire by them, by paying the secured debt mentioned hereinabove before the scheduled auction. 11. The Authorised Officer, who is not bound to accept the highest offer, has the absolute right to accept or reject any or all offer(s) or adjourn/ postpone/ cancel the e-Auction without assigning any reason thereof. 12.
