Sitges - Festival Internacional de Cinema Fantàstic de Catalunya

Founded in 1968 as the International Week of Fantasy and Horror Movies, today it is organized by a Foundation, and most of its resources come from collaborating companies and institutions that consider their alliance with the Festival to be an excellent platform for widening their scope and branding.

SPECIAL EVENTS – PARTY AT THE FESTIVAL

PARTY AT THE FESTIVAL The Festival has various interesting targets / audiences that are permanently addressed before, during and after it is held. This communication with diverse audiences can include the dissemination of those PARTIES and ENCOUNTERS that other interested parties organize during the Festival.

- VIP (actors, directors, producers and other guests who present their films at the Festival) - PRESS (accredited journalists at the Festival) - CULTURAL INDUSTRY (distribution companies, production companies, associations) - PROTOCOL (Representatives from public institutions) - FESTIVAL SPECTATORS

Communication and invitation to the PARTY according to the interest groups and the anticipated capacity is done via these channels: • As a part of the daily schedule of activities each group receives via email. • Personal and non-transferable distribution of printed cards (produced by the interested party). • Through the Festival’s Public Relations team in direct contact with your VIP guest. • In the event of addressing Festival spectators and that the invitation is open, it will be communicated via social media, the Websites and the APP’s Push Notifications.

In addition to communication, the Festival will provide direct contact with the usual Collaborating Venues so the interested party can enjoy preferential terms. The Festival can also grant the use of its brand by the interested party in order to formalize the image of the party (to be included on the card, invitation, photo call, etc.), as long as the application in the media is previously approved by the marketing team and there is no incompatibility with other brands that might be present.
