PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 43 9 , Approved and Ordered November 14, 201 7 ufiiMant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (a) all previous appointments of acting ministers are rescinded, (b) a minister named in Column 3 of the attached Schedule (the "first acting minister") is appointed acting minister for the minister named opposite in Column 2 (the "primary minister") (i) if the primary minister is deceased, (ii) while the primary minister is absent from the capital or otherwise unable to perform the duties of his or her office, or (iii) for a matter with respect to which the primary minister has a conflict of interest or an apparent conflict of interest, and (c) a minister named in Column 4 of the attached Schedule is appointed acting minister for the first acting minister named opposite in Column 3 in relation to the duties of that first acting minister under paragraph (b) (i) if the first acting minister is deceased, (ii) while the first acting minister is absent from the capital or otherwise unable to perform the duties of his or her office, or (iii) those duties relate to a matter with respect to which the first acting minister has a conflict of interest or an apparent conflict of interest.
