Distinctive Accommodation

Night 1: The Northern Hotel The Northern Hotel’s enduring story began in 1902 when P.B. Moss and Colonel Henry W. Rowley began construction on what was to be the most modern hotel in Montana. The hotel was completed in 1904, and enjoyed over three decades of prosperity, until the fall of 1940 when it burned to the ground in a sudden fire. But like a phoenix from the ashes, the Northern Hotel Rose again, more sophisticated and beautiful than ever. Today, the hotel’s interiors are warm, contemporary and accented with a lot of Montana charm. The Northern is much more than just beautiful interiors; the highly trained team will personalize your stay to create lasting memories.

Night 2 & 3: The Cody Hotel Located just across the street from the famed Cody Stampede Arena, The Cody Hotel provides the best luxury lodging in this quaint town. Rooms decorated in classic western style and a host of warmly-given amenities await you when you check into the second hotel on our journey. Get to know your fellow adventurers in one of the many plush communal areas surrounding the hotel lobby, eat a first-class dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and make memories by the cozy firepits as you rest up for the coming adventures!

Night 4: Super 8 Cooke City While it’s no 5-star luxury hotel, Super 8 Cooke City provides simple, clean lodging in the northeast gateway town to Yellowstone National Park. Located in Cooke City, a town with only 100 year round residents, you’ll find it just as likely that you can walk from one side of town to another in less than 5 minutes as you might see a bison walking outside your bedroom window in the evening. With comfortable beds and a friendly staff, the Super 8 Cooke City is the perfect base for any wildlife watching escapade in Lamar Valley!

Night 5: Yodeler Motel The Yodeler building was built in 1909 as apartments for working European families in the area. It then became a Bavarian-themed roadside inn around 1961, giving this motel a history that predates many other businesses in town! The Yodeler is the perfect spot for those who seek adventure in the national forests just outside of town. With a location just steps from downtown, you can easily access the quaint shops, delicious restaurants, and cute streets of the mountain town of Red Lodge. Be sure to take advantage of the in-shower steam sauna in your room or the hot tub on site!
