SEVENTY-FIRST DAY Hall of the House of Representatives, Columbus, Ohio Tuesday, June 18, 2019, 9:00 o'clock a.m. The House met pursuant to adjournment. Pursuant to House Rule No. 23, the Clerk called the House to order. Representative Callender was selected to preside under the Rule. The journal of the previous legislative day was read and approved. Representative Cross moved that the House advance to the fifth order of business, being reports of standing and select committees and bills for second consideration. The motion was agreed to without objection.

Representative Leland moved to amend as follows: In line 37, delete ", for up to a" In line 38, delete "maximum of three years," In line 165, delete "Chapter 119." and insert "section 111.15" The motion was agreed to and the bill so amended. To enact section 163.022 of the Revised Code to amend the law regarding eminent domain and to declare an emergency. H. B. No. 289 - Representative Baldridge.
