Heritage Partnerships Program in Texas The National Park Service is about more than just parks. The Heritage Partnerships Program of the NPS Intermountain Region helps community groups, local, state and federal agencies, tribal governments, nonprofits, and individuals identify, recognize and preserve national treasures that are located outside of our system of national parks.

In 2016, HPP internee in the former Department of Justice Seagoville supported a variety of projects in Texas, including: Enemy Alien Detention Station, and prepare interpretive banners for the site.
