Coach Collins is in his fourth season as head HEAD COACH baseball coach for Wheeler High School. He has led the Wildcats to the state playoffs in his first three seasons. He is a graduate of Morristown West High On behalf of the Wheeler coaching staff, I would like to welcome School in Morristown, Tennessee, where he played everyone to the 2020 baseball season. The staff and players are baseball for Hall of Fame Coach Brumley Greene. Coach excited about this season and hope to make everyone associated Collins played one year at Walters State Community with our program proud of our efforts on the field, in the classroom, College and finished his career playing at Georgia College and in the community. Parker Madden >> VARSITY HEAD ASSISTANT COACH

Coach Madden is in his second year at Wheeler. He was a three year varsity baseball and football letterman at Kell High School, where he was region baseball player of the year his senior year and an 400 Club award winner. He then attended Snead State Community College for two years where he started over 100 games in center field and received two Golden Glove awards. After Snead State, he played second base, third base, and right field at the University of West Alabama, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. He is obtaining his Master’s in Education at Georgia State University. He currently teaches at Wheeler and is a professional instructor at 643 DP Athletics. He also assists with Wheeler’s softball team. Parker and his wife Mackenzie reside in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Rebecca Collins >> ASSISTANT COACH

Becky Collins is a graduate of Emmanuel College where she played softball and was on academic and athletic scholarships. She graduated from South Cobb High School where she was first team all-region four years, first team All-Cobb County three years, and second team all-state. As a four year starter at catcher for Emmanuel, she was a freshman Academic All- American and was selected for the Division 2 All-Tournament team. This is her first season coaching baseball at Wheeler, where she will work with hitters and catchers.

Keith Fitzgerald >> ASSISTANT COACH

Keith Fitzgerald is the Physical Education Specialist at Sedalia Park Elementary School. He has been with the Cobb County School System for 17 years and also coaches for Wheeler’s softball program. A father of two, Keith has been coaching youth sports for 18 years. This is his sixth season as part of the Wheeler Baseball program. Coach Fitzgerald received his undergraduate from the University of Dayton and his Master’s from the University of Scranton. He and his wife Liz have been married 25 years and have been active volunteers in various extra-curricular programs at Wheeler High School.

Gary Lammie >> JUNIOR VARSITY HEAD COACH

Gary Lammie is in his first season as coach of the junior varsity team. Born in Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School in Willingboro, New Jersey, where he played catcher for three years of varsity baseball. He also played two years of club baseball for the local community college and men's senior baseball at the over 20-30-40 levels. He has coached youth baseball for 25 years, including over nine years of managing and coaching travel baseball, and has served on the East Marietta National Little League Board of Directors for over ten years. He has been married to Patty Lammie for 20 years and has five children.
