EUTELSAT 36B is a multi-beam satellite for broadcast and telecommunications services. It is co-positioned with EUTELSAT 36C at 36° East, a key orbital location 48 dBW for TV broadcasting in Russia, 47 dBW the CIS, Central and Africa. 46 dBW Over 950 TV channels were 5° 10° 15° 20° 44 dBW broadcasting to these regions 42 dBW at mid 2017, with broadcasters 40 dBW including MultiChoice Africa, ZAP, Ku-band Eurasia Downlink Coverage NTV Plus and Tricolor TV.
